生じたり、ボルトが抜出してきて軌条支承体とし

(発明が解決しようとする問題点)

(問題点を解決するための手段)
本発明はこのような問題点を解決するために提
案されたものであつて、埋込栓の内周ねじ部を下
端部を残して削孔して埋込栓下端内周面に段部を
形成し、次いで桿体先端に装着された永久磁石片
を、下面に両面粘着テープが貼着された磁性金属
製蓋片の上面に吸着し、前記桿体を埋込栓内に挿
入して同埋込栓の下端部内周面における前記段部
に蓋片を接着して埋込栓下端開口部を閉塞したの
ち前記桿体を引上げ、次いで前記埋込栓内に硬化
型液状高分子材料を注入したのちボルトを螺入
し、次いで同ボルト外周面と前記埋込栓内周面と
の間隙に充満された前記高分子材料の硬化後、前
記ボルトを螺回して埋込栓より抜取ることを特徴

本発明においては前記したように、埋込栓の内
周ねじ部を下端部を残して削孔し、埋込栓の下端

両面粘着テープが貼着された磁性金属製蓋片の上
面を桿体先端部に装着された永久磁石片で吸着
し、同桿体を前記埋込栓内に挿入して同埋込栓の
下端開口部内周面の前記段部に圧着して、同段部
に前記蓋片をその下面の両面粘着テープを介して
接着することによつて、前記蓋片によつて埋込栓
の下端開口部を密閉し、前記桿体を埋込栓より引
上げ、しかるのち同埋込栓内の削孔部に硬化型液
状高分子材料を注入してその内部にボルトを螺入
し、同ボルト外周面と埋込栓内周面との間に充満
された前記高分子材料の硬化を俟つて、前記ボル
トを螺回して埋込栓より抜取ることによつて、同
埋込栓の内周面に新らたにねじ部を成型するもの

(発明の効果)
このように本発明によれば、前記埋込栓に対す
るねじ山成型用の硬化型高分子材料を注入する前
に、埋込栓下端開口部を磁性金属製蓋片で密閉す
ることによつて、前記高分子材料の埋込栓下端開
口部からの漏出を防止し、埋込栓の補修作業を円

面に凹凸があつても、前記両面粘着テープによつ
て蓋片が馴染みよく前記段部に接着されるもので
