[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By the way, in conventional injection molded shoes, a tape-shaped annular protrusion 014 provided on the peripheral edge 05 of the outsole 01 protrudes from the peripheral edge design surface 013 during shoe manufacturing. bottom mold 0
15 is used, the midsole molding material 07 flows into the annular protrusion 014 during molding of the midsole 02, and after demolding, the midsole molding material 07 flows into the annular protrusion 014 and creates an out-hole, generally called a so-called cut groove, around the peripheral edge side protrusion 09 after demolding. A peripheral portion 05 of the sole 01,
A groove is formed to partition the peripheral edge side protrusion 09. As a result, the design of the peripheral edge 05 of the shoe is degraded, and dust, mud, etc. tend to adhere to the narrow groove, which is difficult to clean.

[0005] In addition, as described above, conventional injection molded shoes have a cylindrical contact surface side protrusion 08 made of an outsole molding material 06 and a midsole molding material 07 of a different color and/or different nature, and a tape-shaped peripheral edge side. Since the protrusion 09 is integrally molded with the midsole 02, a relatively large amount of the unique and/or different midsole molding material 07 used for molding the contact surface side protrusion 08 and the peripheral edge side protrusion 09 is required. . Therefore, the different colored and/or different material parts of the sole 03 may become thicker, increasing the weight of the shoe, or the outsole 01 and midsole 02 may be made of different materials that generally do not have good adhesion. Since the bonding area of the two soles increases, there is a risk that the soles 01 and 02 may easily separate after manufacturing.

Thereafter, the midsole molding material 19 is filled into the midsole molding cavity 35 through the fourth injection gate 36 formed between the upper surface of the bottom mold 23 and both lower sides of the side molds 33 to form the midsole. 20
The shoes are manufactured by molding.

In the shoes manufactured in this way, the peripheral edge side protrusion 17 formed on the peripheral edge 10 of the sole 3 projects into the notch 11 without any gap, so that the peripheral edge of the sole 3 It is possible to create a planar expression without grooves in the part 10, which improves the design of the peripheral part 10 of the shoe, and also prevents dust, mud, etc. from entering the grooves as in conventional shoes, making the shoe more comfortable. Cleanability can be improved, and since the string-like molded body 18 is used, the amount of different materials used for molding the contact surface side protrusion 16 and the peripheral edge side protrusion 17 can be reduced. The weight of the shoe having the projections 16 and 17 can be reduced, and the string-like molded body 18 made of different materials is only sandwiched in a narrow range between the outsole 12 and midsole 20 made of the same material. Therefore, peeling between the outsole 12 and the midsole 20 after manufacturing can also be reduced.

Effects of the Invention In the injection molded shoes and the manufacturing method thereof of the present invention, since the peripheral edge side protrusions molded on the peripheral edge of the sole protrude into the notch without any gaps, This improves the design of the periphery of the shoe by creating a flat surface with no grooves, and it also improves the cleaning properties of the shoe because dust and mud do not get into the grooves unlike in conventional shoes. This has the effect of improving the

Furthermore, since a string-like molded body is used, it is possible to reduce the amount of different materials used for forming the contact surface side protrusion and the peripheral edge side protrusion, which makes it possible to reduce the amount of different materials used for forming the contact surface side protrusion and the peripheral edge side protrusion. In addition to reducing weight, the string-like molded body made of different materials is only sandwiched in a narrow area between the outsole and midsole, which are made of the same material.
The effect of reducing peeling between the outsole and the midsole after manufacturing can also be obtained.

[Claim 2] First, a bottom mold having an annular protrusion for forming a protrusion hole provided at the bottom of the outsole protrudes on the sole design surface, and a notch provided on the peripheral edge of the outsole on the peripheral design surface. A first dummy last for outsole molding having a protruding solid protrusion for molding is fitted with an outsole molding cavity formed therein, and then an outsole molding material is filled into this outsole molding cavity. Then mold the outsole, and then replace it with the first dummy last.
a second dummy last for molding a string-like molded body that integrally connects the ground-contact side protrusion that protrudes into the protrusion hole and the peripheral edge side protrusion that protrudes into the notch without a gap; and an outsole. After forming a space for forming a string-like body inside the bottom mold and fitting the bottom mold, the sole molding material of the outsole and a different color and/or different string are inserted into this space for forming a string-like body. A string-like molded body is formed by filling the material for forming the string-like body, and then, instead of the second dummy last, a side mold and a sleeve are placed on the bottom mold on which the outsole with the string-like molded body is placed. After the suspended main body last is fitted with a midsole molding cavity formed inside, the midsole molding cavity is filled with a string-like body molding material and a different colored and/or different midsole molding material. A method for manufacturing injection molded shoes, characterized in that the midsole is molded using a method of manufacturing injection molded shoes.
