As a bubble generator that generates fine bubbles,
The applicant of this application previously filed a patent application as Japanese Patent Application No. 112517-1988 on May 25, 1985. Because it is structured to store
Since it is not possible to easily and quickly switch between generating bubbles and stopping the operation and allowing the hot water to pass through, a dedicated foam water supply system is installed separately from the regular hot water supply system. necessary, and the cost of preparing for war would be extremely high. It was also unreasonable to require duplicate equipment for both facilities. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, a faucet 4a for supplying normal hot water was provided above the bathtub 9, and a foamy water outlet 4b for supplying foamy water was provided at the bottom of the bathtub 9.

The foaming water supply device of the present invention connects a hot water supply pipe 1 and a water supply pipe 2 to a mixing valve 3, connects the mixing valve 3 and a hot water supply faucet 4 through a supply pipe 5, and connects a hot water supply pipe 1 and a water supply pipe 2 to a switching valve 6. The bypass pipe 7 is extended through the microbubble generator 8, and the bypass pipe 7 is connected again to the supply pipe 5 through the microbubble generator 8. The microbubble generator 8 mixes air with the liquid and pressurizes the liquid. and a pressure reducing nozzle 13 for precipitating the dissolved gas as fine bubbles by reducing the pressure of the hot water in which the gas has been dissolved by the gas dissolving means. It is something. Therefore, by changing the mixing ratio at the mixing valve 3, the temperature of the hot water supplied from the faucet 4 can be easily adjusted, and by switching the hot water supply system to the bypass pipe 7 side using the switching valve 6. Hot water can be discharged from the faucet 4 through the mixing valve 3 and the microbubble generating device 8, and can be discharged from the faucet 4 as foamy water containing microbubbles, and when foamy water is not required. By switching the hot water supply system to the supply pipe 5 side using the switching valve 6,
Normal hot water containing no air bubbles can be supplied from the faucet 4 while the micro bubble generator 8 is kept in operation. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows an outline of the system of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows the system installed in a bathtub 9. As shown in FIG. A water supply pipe 2 directly connected to city water and a hot water supply pipe 1 connected to a heated hot water storage tank etc. are connected to a mixing valve 3, which is attached below a flange 11 of a bathtub 9. A handle 10 of the mixing valve 3 is exposed on the upper surface of the flange 11, and by operating the handle 10, the temperature of hot water supplied from the faucet 4 can be adjusted as desired. This mixing valve 3 and a faucet 4 provided on the flange 11 of the bathtub 9 are connected by a supply pipe 5, and hot water mixed at an appropriate temperature by the mixing valve 3 is supplied from the faucet 4 into the bathtub 9. It's becoming like that. A switching valve 6 is attached to the supply pipe 5 on the water side of the mixing valve 3, and a bypass pipe 7 is led out from the switching valve 6. Microbubbles are dissolved in the hot water in the middle of the bypass pipe 7. A microbubble generator 8 is provided to
The tip of the bypass pipe 7 is connected to the supply pipe 5 again. Here, the micro bubble generator 8 includes a gas dissolving means for dissolving air in the liquid by mixing air with the liquid and applying pressure, and a gas dissolving means to reduce the pressure and dissolve the hot water in which the gas has been dissolved. It is composed of a pressure reducing nozzle 13 for depositing gas as fine bubbles. Further, a check valve 12 is provided in front of the pressure reducing nozzle 13 of the bypass pipe 7. The switching valve 6 is also housed under the flange 11, and the switching handle 14 of the switching valve 6 is also exposed on the upper surface of the flange 11. Further, the microbubble generator 8 is housed in a space below the flange 11. If the switching valve 6 is switched to the supply pipe 5 side by operating the switching handle 14, the hot water mixed at an appropriate temperature in the mixing valve 3 as described above will not pass through the micro bubble generator 8 and will generate air bubbles. It is supplied from the faucet 4 as normal hot water containing no water.
On the other hand, when the switching valve 6 is switched to the bypass pipe 7 side, the hot water is mixed with the liquid hot water and the gaseous air in the fine bubble generator 8 and dissolved under pressure, and the air is dissolved. The hot water is depressurized and the dissolved air is precipitated as fine bubbles, which is returned to the supply pipe 5 as foamy water containing fine bubbles, and is supplied from the faucet 4 into the bathtub 9 as foamy water. Next, the structure of the fine bubble generator 8 for dissolving fine bubbles in hot water will be explained. FIG. 3 shows the gas dissolving means of the microbubble generator 8. A gas pipe 19 having a valve 18 in the middle is joined to the bypass pipe 7, and the air sent through the gas pipe 19 and the hot water sent through the bypass pipe 7 are mixed at a connection point 20, and the air and hot water are mixed. The hot water is injected into the pressure pump 15 as a two-phase flow. In the gas-liquid two-phase flow pressurized by the pressure pump 15, part of the air dissolves in the hot water, but the undissolved air is injected into the buffer tank 16 together with the hot water under pressure. . In the buffer tank 16, the pressure pump 1
The air that did not dissolve under the pressure of 5 dissolves in the hot water. Thereafter, the hot water in which air has been sufficiently dissolved flows out from the outlet 21 of the buffer tank 16, passes through the bypass pipe 7, reaches the vacuum nozzle 13, is depressurized, and flows from the vacuum nozzle 13 into the supply pipe 5. When the hot water is discharged from the decompression nozzle 13, the dissolved air is discharged from the hot water in the form of fine bubbles. Since the saturated amount of air dissolved in hot water at a constant temperature is approximately proportional to the pressure, the pressure pump 15 and the pressure reduction pump 13 are
By installing a buffer tank 16 between the buffer tank 16 and making it possible to sufficiently pressurize the hot water and air within the buffer tank 16, the amount of dissolved air can be reduced regardless of whether the air is in a bubble state or not. This makes it possible to increase the amount of bubbles generated from the pressure reducing nozzle 13. Further, air injected together with hot water through the pressurizing pump 15 is stored in the upper part of the buffer tank 16, and an air layer 17 is formed above the liquid layer 22. Forming the air layer 17 above the liquid layer 22 has the advantage that the dissolution rate of air is approximately proportional to the contact area and contact time between hot water and air, so the dissolution rate of air is accelerated. Fluctuations in pressure when discharging high-density microbubbles from the pressure reduction nozzle 13 can be reduced, and microbubbles can be continuously supplied in a smooth state. In order to keep the volume of the air layer 17 substantially constant, it is sufficient to maintain the liquid level of the liquid layer 22 at a constant height.
This is possible by controlling the amount of air sent into the gas pipe 19 with the valve 18 of the gas pipe 19. That is,
When the liquid level rises, when the valve 18 is opened to increase the amount of air supplied, more gas than can be dissolved in the hot water is supplied inside the buffer tank 16, so the excess air increases in the air layer 17. The liquid level will drop. Conversely, when the liquid level drops below a predetermined height, the valve 18 is throttled to reduce the amount of air sent into the buffer layer 16, causing the air in the air layer 17 inside the buffer tank 16 to become liquid. Since it is dissolved into the layer 22, the pressure in the air layer 17 decreases and the liquid level in the liquid layer 22 rises. Thus, the liquid level of the liquid layer 22 is maintained at a constant height. A check valve 12 is provided at the tip of the bypass pipe 7, and the check valve 12 prevents backflow to the bypass pipe 7 side when the supply pipe 5 is directly connected to the water supply and is under high pressure. It is something. In addition, since high pressure is applied to the buffer tank 16, the buffer tank 1
The bypass pipe 7 on the water side of 6 is a high-pressure pipe, and the pressure is reduced by a pressure reducing nozzle 13 to precipitate fine bubbles in the supply pipe 5. FIG. 4 shows an example of the pressure reducing nozzle 13. That is, an orifice member 25 having an orifice 24 smaller than the inner diameter of the flow path 23 is built into the flow path 23 in the pressure reducing nozzle 13, and the pressurized water sent from the bypass pipe 7 passes through this orifice 24. The pressure is now reduced. When the pressurized hot water in which gas is dissolved passes through the orifice 24, the flow rate is increased. Next, the pressurized hot water, whose flow rate has increased, collides with force against the moderator 26, where bubbles are generated all at once. The speed reducer 26 is stopped by a stopper 27 so that it does not fly out. The stopper 27 allows pressurized water to pass through, and the speed reducer 26
The material may be any material as long as it holds the material, but a net-like material such as wire mesh may be considered. The moderator 26 can be a porous body, a wire mesh, a sintered body, etc., but if there is no moderator 26, pressurized water will come out from the orifice 24 in the form of threads (rods) and the pressure will be rapidly reduced, so fine bubbles will not be formed. Although it is difficult to generate, the pressurized water dissolving the fast-flowing bubbles from the orifice 24 flows into the moderator 26.
By hitting the orifice 8 and the speed reducer 2
Since the pressure is reduced in two stages (6), fine bubbles are likely to be generated. The microbubbles generated as described above have various characteristics, such as cleaning effects, ultrasonic waves, increased oxygen content, and reduced irritation (mildness).
It has the following characteristics. Although the above embodiment shows an example in which the foam water generator is attached to the bathtub 9, it may also be attached to the wash basin 28 as shown in FIG. 6, or it may be attached to the sink 29 as shown in FIG. It can also be used for other factory equipment.

As described above, the present invention connects a hot water supply pipe and a water supply pipe to a mixing valve, connects the mixing valve and a hot water supply faucet through a supply pipe, and extends a bypass pipe from the supply pipe via a switching valve. The bypass pipe is connected again to the supply pipe via the micro bubble generator, and the micro bubble generator mixes air with the liquid and pressurizes the mixture. It consists of a pressure reducing nozzle that reduces the pressure of the dissolved hot water and precipitates the dissolved gas as fine bubbles, so you can easily adjust the amount of hot water supplied from the faucet by changing the mixing ratio at the mixing valve. temperature can be adjusted, and by switching the hot water supply system to the bypass pipe side using the switching valve,
Hot water can be discharged from the faucet via a mixing valve, through a microbubble generator, and can be discharged from the faucet as foamy water containing microbubbles. Also, when foamy water is not required, a switching valve can be used to control the hot water supply system. By switching the water to the supply pipe side, there is an advantage that normal hot water containing no air bubbles can be supplied from the faucet while the micro bubble generator is kept in operation. Therefore, foaming water can be easily accessed from the faucet, construction costs can be reduced as there is no need to duplicate piping, etc., and only one set of faucets and valves is required, so bathtubs and sinks can be easily accessed. It does not take up a large amount of space.
