[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a vinyl resin composition for obtaining a molded article with a matte surface and non-migrating properties. [Prior Art] In polyvinyl chloride resin compositions, plasticity is generally used to impart flexibility, cold resistance, processability, and the like. The application of plasticizers in polyvinyl chloride resins is significantly related to the expansion of their uses, and this development is said to be largely due to the plasticizers. However, plasticizers are liquid substances with a molecular weight of 500 or less, and may migrate to other substances or volatilize, which is a major drawback depending on the application. In order to compensate for these drawbacks, it is known to use a polymer compatible with polyvinyl chloride resin, such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyurethane, acrylonitrile butadiene, etc., in place of the plasticizer. These polymers have large molecular weights, so they overcome the drawbacks of migration and volatilization, and are useful in non-migration and non-volatility applications. On the other hand, in recent years, the inherent surface gloss of polyvinyl chloride resin compositions has been disliked in a wide range of fields such as trains, automobiles, interior rooms, and electric wires and cables, and has been disliked as having a vinyl-like luster or cheap luster, resulting in a matte skin surface. The demand for products is increasing. Both those using plasticizers and those using compatible polymers exhibit the gloss peculiar to polyvinyl chloride resin. As a solution to this problem, many matting methods have been proposed, including methods of adding inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate and silicic anhydride, and methods of increasing the molecular weight of polyvinyl chloride resin, that is, the degree of polymerization. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in any of these methods, there are problems in terms of properties, non-uniform matting effect, and deterioration in moldability. It was difficult to obtain a stable product in a matte state. The present invention has been made based on the above, and includes:
The object of the present invention is to provide a vinyl resin composition that has a matte surface with no surface gloss and is capable of producing non-migration molded products. [Means for Solving the Problems] The resin composition of the present invention comprises at least one type of graft copolymer in which vinyl chloride is grafted onto an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or a polyurethane skeleton, and tetrahydrofuran. It is characterized in that it consists of a partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride resin having an insoluble gel content of 5 to 90% by weight and the remainder being a tetrahydrofuran soluble content. Partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride resin with tetrahydrofuran-insoluble gel content contains polyfunctional compounds such as diallyl phthalate, diallyl maleate, triallyl cyanurate, triallyl trimellitate, trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, and divinylbenzene in the vinyl chloride polymerization system. It is manufactured by a method in which a polymeric monomer is added and polymerized to produce an arbitrary amount of gel content. In the present invention, the term "tetrahydrofuran-insoluble gel" refers to the extraction residue separated using 350 meshes after 20 hours of extraction with hot tetrahydrofuran in a Soxhlet extractor. In the present invention,
It is necessary to use a material with this value of 5 to 90% by weight; if it is less than 5% by weight, a matte effect cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 90% by weight, problems will arise in processability. Note that this processability is naturally related to the degree of polymerization of the remaining tetrahydrofuran soluble portion, but the degree of polymerization of these remaining portions is not limited unless there is a problem with processability, but generally the average degree of polymerization is 500 to 3000. is preferred. Since the present invention mainly aims at non-migrating properties, it is not preferable to use liquid plasticizers, but it is possible to use them within the range where non-migrating properties can be achieved.
Polyester, epoxidized soybean oil, trimellitic acid ester, phthalic acid ester, etc. can be used depending on the purpose. In addition, compounding agents used in ordinary vinyl resins, such as stabilizers, lubricants, flame retardants, colorants, modifiers, antioxidants, fillers, processing aids, and ultraviolet absorbers, are of course used. It is possible. [Examples] Example 1 100 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride graft copolymer (containing 45 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing 45 parts by weight of vinyl acetate and 55 parts by weight of vinyl chloride) , 50 parts by weight of partially cross-linked polyvinyl chloride resin with a gel content of 5% by weight, 10 parts by weight of tribasic lead sulfate, 1 part by weight of lead stearate, 0.5 parts by weight of phenolic antioxidant (Irganox 1010), 5 parts by weight of antimony trioxide. Parts by weight were kneaded with rolls and turned into pellets, which were then extruded into a sheet using a 40 m/m extruder. The sheet was extruded using an extruder. Example 4 100 parts by weight of the same ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride graft copolymer used in Example 1, 30 parts by weight of partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride resin with a gel content of 20% by weight, and 10 parts by weight of tribasic lead sulfate. , stearic acid 1
parts by weight, 0.5 parts by weight of phenolic antioxidant (Irganox 1010), 5 parts by weight of antimony trioxide,
10 parts by weight of a polyfunctional monomer (trimethylolpropane trimacrylate) was roll-kneaded and pelletized, which was then extruded into a sheet using a 40 m/m extruder. Subsequently, this sheet was crosslinked by irradiating it with an electron beam of 5 Mrad. Example 5 100 parts by weight of polyurethane-vinyl chloride graft copolymer (containing 50 parts by weight of polyurethane and 50 parts by weight of vinyl chloride), 50 parts by weight of partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride resin with a gel content of 5% by weight, tribasic lead sulfate 10 parts by weight of lead stearate, 0.5 parts by weight of a phenolic antioxidant (Irganox 1010), and 5 parts by weight of antimony trioxide were roll-kneaded and formed into pellets, which were extruded into sheets using a 40 m/m extruder. Comparative Example 1 100 parts by weight of the same ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride graft copolymer used in Example 1, 20 parts by weight of partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride resin with a gel content of 3% by weight, and 10 parts by weight of tribasic lead sulfate. , stearic acid 1
Parts by weight, 0.5 parts by weight of a phenolic antioxidant (Irganox 1010), and 5 parts by weight of antimony trioxide were kneaded with rolls and formed into pellets, which were extruded into a sheet using a 40 m/m extruder. Comparative Example 2 100 parts by weight of the same ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride graft copolymer used in Example 1, 20 parts by weight of partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride resin with a gel content of 95% by weight, and 10 parts by weight of tribasic lead sulfate. , stearic acid 1
Parts by weight, 0.5 parts by weight of a phenolic antioxidant (Irganox 1010), and 5 parts by weight of antimony trioxide were kneaded with rolls and formed into pellets, which were extruded into a sheet using a 40 m/m extruder. Conventional example: 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride resin with a degree of polymerization of 1300,
60 parts by weight of dioctyl phthalate, tribasic lead sulfate
10 parts by weight of stearic acid and 1 part by weight of stearic acid were kneaded with rolls and formed into pellets, which were then extruded into a sheet using a 40 m/m extruder. Table 1 shows the evaluation results of sheets produced according to the above examples, comparative examples, and conventional examples. The evaluation was conducted as follows. Processability: Processability (wrapping, kneading properties) when kneading with a 6-inch roll set at 160℃ and a 40m/m extruder with a head and die temperature of 190℃ (L/D≒21, compression ratio 3.0) Judgment was made from the extrusion processability of a sheet (thickness: 1 mm, width: 50 mm). Matte state: Determined by visually observing the state of the sheet surface extruded with a 40 m/m extruder. Gel fraction: After measuring the initial weight (A), it was immersed in tetrahydrofuran at 70°C for 24 hours and then taken out, and the weight (B) after drying at 80°C for 4 hours was measured and calculated by (B/A) x 100. Non-migration: The extruded sheet is stacked on a 1 mm thick polyethylene sheet and left at 50℃ for 24 hours, and then judged by the state of erosion, softening, and staining on the polyethylene surface. Volatilization loss: Calculated from the weight before and after aging at 100°C for 168 hours.

なる。[Table] As is clear from Table 1, Examples 1 to 4 within the scope of the present invention are well-balanced in each characteristic. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1, the content of tetrahydrofuran insoluble matter was less than the specified value, and gloss appeared. In Comparative Example 2, the content of tetrahydrofuran-insoluble matter exceeded the specified value, and the processability was poor, making it impossible to prepare a sample. [Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a vinyl molded product that is non-migratable, non-volatile, and has a matte surface.
