去し、次に第2図C及びdに示す如く第1図aに於ける
ポンチ工具より先端が鋭角なポンチ及びそれより更に鋭
角なポンチ工具にて順次加工し、その後第1図eに示す
如くリーマ通しにて孔を貫通加工し、紡糸孔4′の内径
及び突起先端部5′の仕上げ加工を行い突起ノズル6′

(発明の構成)
上記問題点を解決する為の本発明の技術的手段は、先端
が徐々に鋭角な複数のポンチ工具で順次加工し、その後
リーマ通し及び仕上げ加工を行い薄板の突起ノズルを成
形するにおいて、リーマ通し加工の前に前記ポンチ工具
間の中間の先端角度を持ったポンチ工具にて加工を行う

ポンチ加工間にできた内周の突部を押出加工することと
なり、その結果、紡糸口金板の突起部が更に膨らむこと
となり、リーマ通し及び仕上げ加工後、突起高さの高い

内径0.15mmの紡糸孔4を貫通加工し、突起先端部
5の仕上げ加工を行い、突起高さO,15mmの突起ノ
