- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シート状材料を融着加工してなるバツクであつ
て、 酸素ガス透過性２００ml／m2・２４ｈｒ・ａｔ
ｍ以下、炭酸ガス透過性１０００ml／m2・２４ｈ
ｒ・ａｔｍ以下の特性を有する塩化ビニル樹脂系
の保存シートからなる培養液保存室と、酸素ガス
透過性６００ml／m2・２４ｈｒ・ａｔｍ以上、炭
酸ガス透過性２０００ml／m2・２４ｈｒ・ａｔｍ
以上の特性を有する塩化ビニル樹脂系の透明の培
養シートからなる培養室とが形成され、前記培養
室にば細胞注入口および培養液排出口が少なくと
も各１カ所形成されるとともに、前記培養液保存
室には培養液注入口が形成され、かつ、これら培
養室および培養液保存室に、該培養室および培養
液保存室を連通する連通路が形成されたことを特
徴とする培養用バツク。
