It is used to manufacture the skin of vehicle interior materials. In this slush molding, particular attention is paid to the heating and cooling methods of the slush mold, since these methods have a great effect on the quality of the resulting molded product.

In the case of medium heating, heating is performed by flowing a heating medium through a medium flow path formed near the mold surface of the mold.

Since it is necessary to uniformly heat the entire mold body 9, the mold body 9 generally has a substantially uniform thickness throughout.

There is also the problem that the mold becomes large and difficult to handle. On the other hand, in the case of hot air heating, the mold body can be made thinner, less material is used for the mold, and it is easy to handle, so it is widely used.

There is a problem. Conventionally, therefore, the heating time was increased until such a portion reached a predetermined temperature, but this resulted in the problem of wasting energy.

The mold body may be held inside the frame, or the mold surface or back surface of the mold body may be included in one surface of the frame. It is also preferable to have a structure in which the mold body is detachable from the frame and can hold different types of mold bodies.

For example, if there is a blind spot such as a recess on the surface of the mold body onto which the hot air is blown, the fins are oriented so that the hot air hits the blind spot. Furthermore, if the surface of the mold body onto which the hot air is blown has a surface area distribution such as uneven parts and flat parts, it is preferable to orient the mold body so that a large amount of the hot air is blown onto the part with the large surface area.

A resin film can be formed and cooled to obtain a film-like molded body.

Thereby, even if there is a blind spot such as a recess on the surface of the mold body where the hot air hits, the hot air can be reliably supplied to the blind spot. Therefore, the entire mold body can be uniformly heated at a uniform temperature increase rate, and the entire powder slush raw material can be melted at a substantially uniform rate. Therefore, there is no need to wait for the temperature of the blind spot to rise to a predetermined temperature, and it is possible to save energy to a greater extent than in the past. Furthermore, if the angle of the fins is adjustable, one frame can accommodate multiple types of mold bodies, which is efficient.
