- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 原稿載置ガラスに置かれた原稿を照射する光源
と、前記光源から照射された光を有効に被照射面
に導く反射鏡と、前記原稿載置ガラス及び反射鏡
を冷却する冷却フアンとを備えた露光装置におい
て、 前記冷却フアンの吸気側に整流部材を設けたこ
とを特徴とする露光装置。
