Claims (1)
- 加熱・軟化させた樹脂フイルム１００を真空吸
着して所定の形状に成形する成形装置３の成形面
４ａにエアを供給する離型用エア供給部１２と、
上記成形装置３に対して移動自在であつて上記成
形面４ａと対応した形状の吸着面１４ａが形成さ
れた離型装置１３と、該離型装置１３の吸着面１
４ａを真空引きする離型用エア吸引部２１とを備
えてなることを特徴とする真空成形における離型
機構。
