Claims (1)
- 超塑性成形に耐える切削性セラミツク材料で形
成され、プレス機械に連動して上下方向に近接離
間自在で近接した時に超塑性材料からなる素材を
挾持固定する上型本体と下型本体とを備えるとと
もに、上記両型本体間に、流体圧により素材を倣
つて膨出成形する成形面を有する成形用の空間を
形成し、上記下型本体と上型本体の該空間に対応
する部位に加熱用のヒータを絶縁状態で埋設した
ことを特徴とする超塑性材料の成形装置。
