み、樹脂が固化した後に上型11と下型12を分
離して取り外すと、ガラス縁3と金属板8が一体
的に取り付けられた合成樹脂製のケース本体1が

脂が回り込みガラス縁3とケース本体1とが強固
に結合できる。また、ガラス縁3の下部に設けた
突起部3cを細く形成すると溶融された合成樹脂
により突起部3c外表面部分が融けるので、突起
部3cとケース本体1の係合凹部1aとの接合力
が増大しより確実な防水性が得られるものであ

る場合に金型内に一次成形した一方の部材を挿入
し、成形時に樹脂を複数の足部周囲に回り込ませ
ると共にシボ加工面及び突起部の外表面を溶融し
て他方の部材に融合させて一体化したものである
から、他方の部品の成形時に、一次成形した一方
の部材の複数の足部周囲に樹脂が回り込み強固に
固定できると共に、接合面のシボ加工面及び環状
突出部の表面が溶融されて他方の部品の接合面に
融合させるので、接合力が増大すると共に確実な

外に亘る接合面で接合して一体化してなる腕時計
ケースの製造方法であつて、 前記胴及びガラス縁のうちの一方の部材を成形
した後、この成形した一方の部材を他方の部材の
成形時に金型内に挿入し、この金型内に樹脂を注
入して前記他方の部材を成形することにより前記
一方の部材を前記他方の部材に接合してなり、 前記一方の部材の接合面にシボ加工を施すと共
に前記ケース内外に亘る接合面に対して十分小さ
く且つ先端に向つて細くなるように突出する環状
の突起部及びこの突起部より高く突出する複数の
足部を形成し、 前記他方の部材の成形時に前記一方の部材の複
数の足部周囲に樹脂を回り込ませると共に前記一
方の部材の接合面のシボ加工面及び前記突起部の
外表面を溶融して前記他方の部材の接合面に融合
して前記一方の部材と前記他方の部材とを一体化
