The so-called agitation granulation method involves mixing powder with a low melting point substance as a binder and heating the mixture in a jacketed granulation mixer to granulate the binder [Granulation Handbook (edited by Japan Powder Industry Association)] Ohmsha Shoten Co., Ltd., published S532.10), p301], or by suspending or dissolving the powder in a dissolved low melting point substance, and then spraying and solidifying it using a spray or rotating disk. The so-called melt granulation method (mentioned Granulation Handbook, P1)
99) is known. In addition, a lipid powder with a melting point of 40°C or higher is applied as a coating agent to the water-soluble vitamin powder.
The water-soluble vitamin powder is made to collide with the water-soluble vitamin powder to adhere and coat the lipid powder on the entire peripheral surface of the water-soluble vitamin powder to produce a lipid-coated preparation using the water-soluble vitamins as a core material. Method for producing sex vitamins-coated preparations (Unexamined Japanese Patent Publication No. 6
3-164864) is also known.

There were problems such as the inability to control the disintegration and dissolution properties of granulated or coated products. An object of the present invention is to provide a method that overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art.

The heating temperature is determined by the relationship with the amount of time the mixture of powder and low melting point substance is left in the heating atmosphere when it is injected (i.e., the total amount of heat), but when manufacturing a coated product, , set so as not to melt the powder. For spraying, the mixture is sprayed with pressurized air using a powder spray nozzle or the like. Cooling is performed by cold air cooling, natural cooling, etc.

In this case, in the mixture of powder and low melting point substance, if the content of the low melting point substance is less than 10%, granules will mainly be formed, whereas if the content of the low melting point substance exceeds 30%, Mainly used for coatings. When the content of the low melting point substance is 10% to 30%, both granulated products and coated products can be obtained. In the above case, it is desirable to adjust the pressure of the pressurized air as appropriate depending on the purpose of the product being manufactured (for example, when manufacturing a coated product, the pressure of the pressurized air should be adjusted to 0.5 to 1 .0kg/cm2, etc.)

Compared to the technology in Publication No. 64, the time of exposure to heat is shorter (several minutes to
(from several hours to several seconds), making it possible to significantly suppress the decomposition of the powders and low-melting-point substances used. 2) In the present invention, there is no particular restriction on the mixing ratio of the powder and the low melting point substance, so the ratio of the low melting point substance can be lower than in the melt-cooling granulation method, making it easier to control disintegration and dissolution properties. Ta. 3) For example, the stirring granulation method required multiple steps such as mixing → granulation → cooling → crushing → sieving → product, but in the present invention, the process of mixing → granulation or coating → product can be shortened, and therefore the process can be completed in a short time. can now be granulated or coated. 4) Compared to conventional technology, particles with uniform diameter can be produced. 5) In addition to the advantages of 1) to 4), the dissolution properties of the granulated or coated products produced by the present invention are superior to those of conventional methods.

into the powder injection nozzle 1. The mixture that has entered the powder injection nozzle 1 is injected by pressurized air adjusted to a pressure of 0.5 kg/cm2 and falls, and after coming into contact with the 260°C hot air injected from the hot air injection nozzle 2, during the fall. It was naturally cooled and collected in cyclone 3. As a result, approximately 5 kg of bisbutiamine coated with carnauba wax was obtained.
