Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 隣接して配列された複数個のビンにシートを分
    配する分配手段を具えるとともに、各ビンに集積
    されたシートの一端にステープルを打ち込むステ
    ープラを、各ビン位置に移動可能に具備して成る
    ステープラ付きソータにおいて、 ステープル打込み動作を、最上段もしくは最下
    段のビンから開始して、順次次段のビンに移行さ
    せるとともに、 前記ステープラを各段毎の前記ビンから退避し
    た第１の位置と、シートにステープルを打ち込む
    第２の位置と、ステープル打ち込み後、当該シー
    トを前記ステープラが次段のビンのシートに対し
    第１の位置より第２の位置に移動するのを妨げな
    い位置まで押し退ける第３の位置とに制御する手
    段を具備したことを特徴とするステープラ付きソ
    ータ。
