- 駆動回路部の出力段に絶縁ゲート型パワートラ
ンジスタのゲートとエミツタを接続し、前記駆動
回路部により前記絶縁ゲート型パワートランジス
タを駆動制御するものにおいて、前記ゲートとエ
ミツタ間にヒユーズを介して過電流バイパス回路
を接続して構成したことを特徴とする絶縁ゲート
型パワートランジスタドライバーの保護装置。
