Gas cutting is the most widely used method for efficiently cutting relatively thick steel plates, several millimeters thick or more, into predetermined shapes. As shown in Fig. 3, a melted product obtained by cutting a steel plate by the gas cutting method has spatters 2 in which molten iron is continuously adhered in the form of particles along the cut edge on the surface of the melted product 1, and spatters 2 on the back side. Slag 3 is discontinuously adhered iron slag along the edge, scale 4 is an oxide film that adheres to the surface of the cut product, and other iron powder, red rust, dust, etc. are adhered to the surface.

In addition, in order to automate this work, as shown in Fig. 4, the melt-cut product 1 is fed and moved between the feed rollers 5 arranged horizontally in two rows above and below at regular intervals, and the cut products 1 are moved up and down the movement path. A method has also been attempted in which a fixed blade 6 and a rotating wire brush 7 for scraping off stuck objects are arranged so as to slide along the fuse-cut product to remove the stuck objects.

In order to achieve the above object, the inventor of the present invention has conducted extensive research and found that a plate-shaped fusion cut product is forcibly conveyed parallel to the surface of the plate while rotating at high speed along the conveyance path of the fusion cut product. By arranging the spiral cutter and rotating wire brush so that they slide over the melted product, the spiral cutter completely removes any stuck substances, and the rotating wire brush also completely cleans out any deposits such as scale. The present invention was completed based on the discovery that the present invention can be removed.

When the plate-shaped melt-cut product 1 to be processed is placed on the roller conveyor 9 of the carry-in section 29 manually or by an automatic feeding device, the melt-cut product 1 is placed on the roller conveyor 9 by the roller conveyor 9.
is carried between the fixed frame 10 and the movable frame 13, and is forcibly conveyed by being sandwiched between upper and lower conveyance rollers 14. At this time, the conveyance roller 14 attached to the movable frame 13 is pushed up together with the movable frame 13 against the suspension coil spring 12 due to the thickness of the melted product.
The upper conveyance roller 14 rotates while pressing the melted product while being always urged downward. When a force is applied to widen the gap between the upper and lower conveyance rollers due to spatter and slag stuck to the front and back sides of the melt-cut product, the movable frame 13 moves up and down accordingly to absorb the pressure and move the conveyance rollers 14 No excessive force is applied to the

When the melt-cut product passes between the upper and lower spiral cutters 17 rotating at high speed, spatter and slag stuck to the front and back surfaces of the cut product are ground and completely removed while passing between the two sets of spiral cutters 17. The spiral cutter 17 has bearings 20 at both ends of its shaft that are connected to coil springs 1 mounted on the bearing support frame 18.
9 biases the upper and lower spiral cutters 17 in a direction that narrows the gap between them, so the spiral cutters 17 are always pressed against both sides of the welded product and rotate.
Grinding can be performed efficiently.
