In general, modern buildings are highly airtight, and the wall base material and the interior space are disconnected. On the other hand, Japan's climate has four seasons,
It has a very harsh environment, with hot and humid summers, dry winters (the weather is completely the opposite in the snowy areas on the Sea of Japan side), and rainy seasons and autumn rainy seasons. If the outside environment and indoor space are completely shut off, all of the strain and stress will greatly affect the base material and wall surface, creating an unpleasant environment such as condensation, mold growth, and peeling of wall coverings. Create. In addition, wallpaper with various uneven patterns formed by embossing etc. is different from wallpaper that has a two-dimensional pattern simply by printing or cross-covering, and has a strong three-dimensional effect with unique shadows and a deep texture. Because it can express embossed patterns, demand for it is increasing for interior wall covering work in modern architecture, but most of the conventional embossed wallpapers are
Since it is made of synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride, it has no breathability or water absorption, which can cause condensation and rot the base material, as well as the formation of depressions on the back side of the wallpaper, which are opposite to the protrusions on the surface. Due to this, there is a problem in the adhesive strength of the paste to the wall surface, and furthermore, there remain major problems in terms of the flame retardancy and flame retardance of the wallpaper and the prevention of harmful gas generation in the event of a fire.

It does not emit harmful gases when burned, and has excellent adhesive strength on walls, but when embossed on it, the plant fiber layer is weak against moisture and has excessive affinity, unlike vinyl wallpaper. There were weaknesses in the plastic formability of the uneven parts and the restoring elasticity to maintain the shape.

This invention was developed to solve the above problems, and its main purpose is to completely improve the physical properties of the fibrous layer and the laminated adhesive structure between the embossed cover and the backing paper that supports it. Using unique creativity and making the most of the characteristics of natural plant fibers, we have created a three-dimensional textured pattern on the surface of the wallpaper to create a beautiful aesthetic, while also maintaining the shape of the cavities that form the textured pattern and preventing condensation. Our objective is to provide a new wallpaper that has both breathing and breathing functions.

The structure of the wallpaper according to the present invention to achieve the above object is that the lower surface of the cover is made of softwood pulp and has many uneven parts formed by embossing, and a waste paper material is mixed with deciduous tree pulp. A paperback paper made of paper is arranged, and the abutting parts of the two are fixed together with a room-temperature crosslinking emulsion resin solution and a resin adhesive of the same type. It is characterized by forming a large number of independent cavities reinforced by mutually cross-linked and solidified parts.

Immediately, a large number of uneven parts 5 having a desired pattern form are formed, and approximately 150
Cover 1 is baked at a temperature of ℃ for about 3 minutes.
After accelerating the condensation reaction of the mixed resin impregnated with paper, the paper is rapidly cooled to a temperature below 60°C to complete the condensation reaction and stabilize the uneven shape. It is laminated with backing paper 2 in the process.

製品とする。 When bonding the cover 1 and the backing paper 2 , a room temperature crosslinking emulsion resin solution (100 parts of polyacrylic acid ester) is applied as the second liquid E2 to the lower half of the fiber layer T1 of the cover 1 (approximately the thickness of the paper). 1/2) and absorb it as shown in Fig. 3d, and on the upper surface of the backing paper 2 opposite to this, a third liquid E3 , an adhesive mainly composed of a resin of the same type as the polyacrylic ester, is applied. For example, a mixture of 30 parts of polyacrylic acid ester resin, 10 parts of vinyl acetate, 25 parts of phosphoric acid/halogen flame retardant, 24 parts of alumina hydroxide flame retardant, 1.5 parts of catalyst, and 10 parts of hiding property improver is prepared in Figure 3e. Paste both 1 and 2 together as shown in Figure 3 f, and pass them through the heating cylinder while winding them.
The product is obtained by heating and drying at a temperature of ℃ for about 2.5 to 3 minutes.

Since it is rolled up and heated and dried in this way, only the moisture in the second liquid E2 that is coated and impregnated on the back side of the cover 1 is heated first and begins to move, and due to the equilibrium principle of water, it moves in the direction of the hot surface. It penetrates and moves, and when it reaches a temperature of 100° C., it vaporizes and becomes a gas, which fills each independent cavity 3 of the uneven portion formed by embossing. Since the vapor pressure within each independent cavity 3 further increases due to the heating from the heating surface of the heating cylinder, each cavity 3 is in an expanded state without being crushed. The steam generated in this way is
The adhesive gradually evaporates and diffuses into the atmosphere through the backing paper 2 along with the vapor caused by the moisture in the adhesive applied to the backing paper 2.

る。 Furthermore, when the above processing and treatments are carried out, the resin solution mainly composed of acrylic ester emulsion resin impregnated into the upper half of the fiber layer T 1 of the cover 1 as the first liquid E 1 is a non-viscous aqueous solution. Therefore, the polyacrylic resin applied as the second liquid E 2 to the back surface of the cover 1 provides water resistance without blocking the voids between the fiber structures, and maintains the shape of the uneven portion 5 due to embossing. A part of the acid ester resin solution is fused and integrated with the resin adhesive mainly composed of the same type of polyacrylic acid ester resin applied as the third liquid E3 to the upper surface of the backing paper 2 during the room temperature curing process. , a cross-linked solidified part 4 as shown in Fig. 2 is created around the abutment area between the cover 1 and the backing paper 2, and the cross-linked solidified part 4 strengthens the fiber structure without impeding air permeability between the fiber structures. In order to form the independent cavity part 3,
To manufacture wallpaper P which imparts strong restoring elasticity to the peripheral wall of uneven parts 5 formed by embossing, prevents deformation due to external force, and has physical properties capable of exhibiting a breathing function peculiar to vegetable fiber paper. I can do it.

As described above, if the present invention is applied to wallpaper, unlike conventional embossed vinyl wallpaper, the surface of the wallpaper will have a soft texture unique to natural plant fibers and a sharp three-dimensional shape that will not easily lose its shape. Not only can it express an uneven pattern that retains moisture, but it also exhibits an excellent breathing function that repeatedly absorbs, releases, absorbs, and dries in accordance with the humidity in the air, and prevents condensation, which is the biggest drawback of wallpaper, before it occurs. In addition, since the material is 100% pulp, it generates very little harmful gas or black smoke in the event of a fire, making it possible to provide a new wallpaper that also has advantageous effects in terms of disaster prevention. .
