- 縦・捩り複合圧電振動子のステータと、縦・捩
りの振動モードを伝達するヘツドマスと、縦・捩
りの振動を受け正逆回転するロータと、前記ステ
ータおよびロータを前記ヘツドマスを挟んで締め
付ける中心軸とで構成する超音波モータにおいて
、外周面の一部に歯車等の回転伝達機構を一体構
造で構成したロータを備えたことを特徴とする超
音波モータ。
