Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 真空チヤンバ１と、前記真空チヤンバ１に接
続された真空装置１２と、前記真空チヤンバ１内
に配置された気体透過性の多孔質チユーブ２とを
備え、前記多孔質チユーブ２内に流通する液体中
の溶存ガスを脱気するようにした脱気装置におい
て、前記多孔質チユーブ２の出口側は前記真空チ
ヤンバ１から外部へ導出され出口側パイプ７とな
つて液体の移送ポンプ８へ接続され、更に前記真
空チヤンバ１は開閉手段１４を介して大気に連通
され、脱気装置停止に際して前記開閉手段１４が
所定期間開作動され、それによつて前記真空チヤ
ンバ１内の圧力を常圧とするようになされたこと
を特徴とする脱気装置。 ２ 多孔質チユーブ２の少なくとも出口側は接続
部を設けることなく一体的に真空チヤンバ１を貫
通して外部に取出されて出口側パイプ７となり、
その貫通部４はシール具５によつて気密にシール
される請求項１の脱気装置。
