下グリルバーナ5の間で構成された通路を通り送風孔1
2へと至る。送風孔12に出た送風は、下グリルバーナ
5の火炎7と相乗して、流速を増し熱風拡散部22へと
至る。熱風拡散部22は周囲をほぼすきまなく囲ってい
る為、熱風は熱風拡散部22の内周壁に負圧現象発生の
為、沿って流れた後、焼成庫1の内部へと流入する為、
熱風は集束することなく上下、左右に拡散し巾広い均一
な熱分布23を得ることができる。もう1つの冷却室1
9の空気は冷却孔13を出た後、汁受皿6を冷却する。

2の燃焼排ガスは、焼成庫1の後部上方に設けた排気孔
