とで、この芯材の外面形状に沿った形状の管状体を得て

不都合がある。尚、現在用いられているプリプレグでは
繊維比率、即ち、高繊維の方向に向かう傾向にあり、又
、異径部を形成するプリプレグに横方向の繊維が存在し
ないことから、巻回時(ローリング時)にかかる不都合
が顕著に表われている。特に、この引き揃え型のプリプ
レグを用いた場合には異径面部への巻回時に、この異径
面部とプリプレグとの接触面積が比較的小さいため、こ
のプリプレグに対して芯材の周方向への張力が作用しや
すく、又、局部的に大きい圧力も作用しやすいため、こ
の張力、あるいは、圧力の作用でプリプレグの厚みが不
均一になる、あるいは、この不均一状態等に起因して巻
回時に皺を発生することもあり、強度の面、製作性の面
から改善の余地がある。尚、この巻回作業は従来機械作

テープ5の収縮によりプリプレグ2,3にはマンドレル
1を締め付ける圧力が作用して、このプリプレグ2,3
をマンドレル1の外形に沿った形状に成形が為される。
