Claims (1)
- 半導体素子と、該半導体素子が組付けられた放
熱台と、該放熱台の温度を測る温度測定手段と、
該温度測定手段の測定温度に基づき前記半導体素
子の信号作動時とは別時に前記半導体素子に電流
を流し該電流を制御して前記放熱台の温度を一定
値にする温度制御手段とを設けたことを特徴とす
る温度制御装置付の放熱台。
