It is active at night and prefers rocky reefs. Toroko, this spiny lobster is protected by prohibiting fishing during the summer as it is the spawning season.
Since it lasts from October to May of the following year, it is considered expensive not only because of its beautiful appearance and color, but also because it is rarely available.

There was no way that the spiny lobsters were forced to gather in one place, nor were there any reefs exclusively for spiny lobsters. Therefore, there was no technology for establishing spiny lobsters, and as a result, spiny lobsters became expensive.

As a result of research into the shape and environment of the block, they developed a fish reef for spiny lobster that has a substantially hemispherical dome shape with numerous recesses formed on the wall of the block body. However, this reef for spiny lobsters did not use metal members. In general, metal parts, especially iron, are oxidized by oxygen in water, melt and float as fine particles, which are converted into iron ions when exposed to ultraviolet rays contained in sunlight, and these iron ions are It is absorbed by phytoplankton, becomes a valuable nutrient, and causes them to multiply. Zooplankton eats phytoplankton and proliferates, and eventually spiny lobsters eat this zooplankton and multiply.

The fish reef shown in this publication has a hollow fish reef body with a number of holes drilled therein, and can-shaped metal members fixed to the holes.

Although the metal member is originally provided as a protective reef for young children, it is also likely that rusting of iron ions will occur as a side effect, so separating it is preferable in both of the above senses. do not have.

にしたものである。<Means for Solving the Problems> Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the reef for spiny lobster according to the present invention has a large number of recesses formed on the wall surface of the block main body, which is formed into a substantially hemispherical dome shape. A pipe-shaped iron member is mounted in the recess so that the entire outer periphery of the iron member is in close contact with the recess to promote the generation of iron ions and to easily separate the iron member no matter how much rust progresses on the iron member. Moreover, as long as there are iron members that have become fragmented due to rusting, the generation of iron ions is continued, thereby promoting the spawning and landing of spiny lobsters on the bottom.

It is a hole. Reference numeral 3 denotes a recess formed in the wall surface of the block main body 1. When the recess 3 is formed only on the outer surface side of the block main body 1 as shown in FIG. When the hole is formed not only on the outer surface side but also on the inner surface side, and when it is formed in the shape of a through hole that penetrates the inside and outside of the wall surface of the block body 1 as shown in FIG. There are various configurations such as a hole, a case where the diameter of the inner part is larger than the opening as shown in FIG. Further, the shape of the recess 3 is not limited, such as when it is rounded or rectangular (or square) as shown in the figure. 4 is a pipe-shaped iron member installed in the recess 3; this iron member 4 is formed in the recess 3 in a shape that follows the wall surface of the recess, and the entire outer periphery of the iron member 4 is attached to the recess 3; It is attached tightly inside.

That is, when adult spiny lobsters grow within the iron member 4 attached to the recess 3, they will spawn there. When the eggs are laid, they hatch, and the hatched young spiny lobsters are placed in a concave area 3 corresponding to their own body.
(inside the iron member 4) and grow there. Over time, when the recess 3 (inside the iron member 4) where they originally lived feels cramped, they move into another relatively large recess 3 (inside the iron member 4).
They eventually live there, and gradually move to larger recesses (inside the iron member 4). And that's where you will grow. The reason why the block body 1 is formed into a hemispherical dome shape is to make the living environment as dark as possible, considering that the spiny lobster is nocturnal.

のである。 It is also said that the biggest enemy of spiny lobsters is octopus. However, moray eels are said to be the enemy of this octopus, and moray eels do not view spiny lobsters as harmful. Therefore, in the block body 1 according to the present invention, the concave portion 3 is formed into a large rectangular shape to encourage moray eel inhabitation, thereby allowing the moray eel to prey on the approaching octopus. It can be done.

Since it is installed in the recess so that the entire outer periphery is in close contact, it promotes the generation of iron ions and prevents the iron member from easily separating no matter how much rust progresses. As long as the fragmented iron material is present, the generation of iron ions can be sustained, thereby promoting spawning and landing of spiny lobsters on the bottom.
