【考案の詳細な説明】
(イ) 産業上の利用分野
本考案は磁気ヘツドに関し、特にVTR用の磁

ら離れたヘツド回転方向端部4,5を斜めにカツ
トしている。これは、端部のエツジ6,7周辺で
の漏洩磁束の発生や吸収を極力おさえようとする

の寸法l1,l2は、第3図aに示すように例えばヘ
ツドギヤツプ3がビデオ信号中のS0′を再生する
とき、エツジ7はカラーバーストS2′を再生し、
エツジ6は次のラインの信号S1′を再生する関係

前記従来例の如く端部4,5に傾斜をつけても
擬似ギヤツプとしての働きを完全に除くことはで
きない。しかも前記l1,l1が上述の関係になつて
いることにより、本来の信号の上にエツジ6,7
による信号がノイズとして重なつて出力され見苦
しい画面となるという欠点がある。また、前記端
部の傾斜部分にはゴミなどがたまつて汚れ易くな

おける映像信号との関係は第3図bに示すように
ヘツドギヤツプ3がカラーバーストS0を再生して
いるとき、エツジ6,7も他のラインのカラーバ
ーストS1,S2を再生する関係となる。従つて、ビ
デオ信号中の或る信号をヘツドギヤツプ3で再生
するとき、その信号と水平相関性のある他のライ
ンの信号がエツジ6,7によつて再生され、ヘツ
ドギヤツプ3の出力に重畳される。それ故、再生
