Therefore, while the proximal end of the wide width can be easily driven into a predetermined position by a hammer blow, etc., it can also be driven into a predetermined position not only by a light impact on the tip but also by a light shock such as vibration acting on the wedge. It has the disadvantage of being easily removed from its position.

That is, the wedge is formed so that the extension line of one side edge 1 and the extension line of the other side edge 2 are V-shaped, like the conventional wedge, but one side edge 1 has a An inclined edge 3 is formed in substantially the same direction as the extension line of the edge 2.

As a result, when the wedge is press-fitted, for example, into the insertion hole a of one member A and the insertion hole b of the other member B, which are stacked in the vertical direction, the other side edge 2 will fit into the inner edge b1 of the insertion hole b. In response to the pressing, the inclined edge 3 is pressed against the inner edge a1 of the insertion hole a, and while fixedly connecting each member A and B, it acts on each member A and B or the wedge. This means that it will not come off easily due to vibrations, etc.

In order to achieve the above object, the configuration of this invention is such that the extension line of one side edge and the extension line of the other side edge are V.

Therefore, by connecting a bolt, rivet, etc. to the tip of the wedge that is inserted into the insertion hole for inserting the wedge, the rivet, etc. becomes a so-called stopper, and the wedge is inserted into the insertion hole. Note that, instead of the above, the direction of the extension of the inclined edge 3 may be substantially the same as the direction of the extension of the other side edge 2. In this case, the extension of the inclined edge 3 may be in the same direction as the extension of the other side edge 2. It should be noted that the shape of the proximal end portion is not limited to the above-described shape and may of course be made in other forms as long as the proximal end portion of the wedge can be easily hammered or hit.

On the other hand, a through hole 5 for inserting bolts, rivets, etc. is bored in the tip of the wedge, and after that,
By continuously installing a rivet or the like 6 in the through hole 5,
This makes it possible to prevent the wedge from falling out, which could lead to loss or falling off.

By the way, when drilling the above-mentioned through hole 5, rather than setting the drilling position on the axis of the wedge shown by the imaginary line in the figure, it is necessary to take into account the use of the wedge (see Fig. 2). In this case, it is preferable to be eccentric from the above-mentioned axis line position.

Therefore, if the through hole 5 is provided at a position eccentric from the axial position of the wedge, for example, as shown in the figure, the through hole 5 will be close to the extension line position of the other side edge 2. This makes it difficult to ensure that the sharpness of the blade is strong, and the durability of the pointed end against hammer blows and the like is also reduced.

Therefore, in this invention, the tip of the wedge is bent toward the other side edge 2 to form a wide so-called nose curve, and the through hole 5 is close to the extension line position of the other side edge 2. Even if the hole 5 is to be drilled at the tip, the hole 5 is provided at the center of the tip, which makes it possible to reliably open the hole 5 and to protect the tip from being hit by a hammer or the like. The setting is to prevent a decrease in durability.

Since the tip of the wedge is bent into a so-called nose-bent state, the operability when hitting the tip with a hammer or the like is also improved.

It goes without saying that the insertion hole 12 of the flange portion 11 and the insertion holes 22 and 23 of the connection portion 21 have sufficient length and width dimensions to allow insertion of the wedge. In this example,
The widthwise dimension of the insertion hole 22 on the upper side of the connecting portion 21 is formed to be smaller than the axial length of the rivet etc. 6 connected to the tip of the wedge.

As a result, when the wedge is pulled out from the insertion hole 12 of the flange portion 11, that is, when the connection between the pillar member 10 and the connecting member 20 is released,
As shown in the imaginary diagram in the figure, the wedge is held in the insertion hole 22 of the connecting portion 21, making it possible to prevent the wedge from popping out, falling off, or being lost.

The above-mentioned wedge is connected to each of the above-mentioned insertion holes 22, 12, 23.

As a result, the pillar 10 and the connecting member 20 are attracted to each other, and the connecting part 21 of the connecting member 20 is brought into contact with the outer periphery of the pillar 10, so that mutual displacement is regulated. Then, insert the wedge into the insertion hole 2 as described above.
2, 12, and 23, even if an external force is applied to pull out the wedge upward, the inclined edge 3 will not fit into the inner edge 2 of the insertion hole 23.

As described above, according to this invention, the extension line of one side edge and the extension line of the other side edge are formed in a V-shape, and the extension line of one side edge is in the same direction as the extension line of the other side edge. In a wedge formed with inclined edges set to be in the same direction or in substantially the same direction, the pointed end portion, which serves as the hammer striking portion together with the base end portion, is bent toward the other side edge, and the pointed end portion is bent toward the other side edge. Since a through hole is drilled to enable the continuous installation of rivets, etc., it is possible to effectively prevent the wedge from coming out of its predetermined position due to vibrations acting on the wedge, etc. press-fitted in a predetermined position. Of course, this can be prevented by attaching a bolt, rivet, etc. to the tip of the wedge that is inserted into the insertion hole for inserting the wedge, so that the rivet, etc. becomes a so-called stopper. This makes it possible to prevent the wedge from coming out of the insertion hole, that is, from popping out.
