<Prior Art and Problems> Various automatic stripping devices have been developed and put into practical use in order to automatically strip electrolytic deposits deposited on electrode plates from the electrode plates during electrolytic refining.
For example, the devices shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-36984, Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-48637, and Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 57-26186 all suspend electrode plates with electrodeposited deposits on an electrode plate holder at a predetermined gap. It has a structure in which it is lowered and fixed, and a scraper is inserted between the electrode plate and the deposit (electrodeposited metal) from the side of the cathode to peel off the deposit. These devices have the advantage of high processing capacity because they can peel off a large number of electrode plates in one peeling operation.

By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional device, the scraper is formed by combining two plate-shaped knives to be inserted into both sides of the electrode plate, and the cutting edge is slightly curved inward as shown in Fig. 6. processed,
In many cases, the back surface 11 of the cutting edge 10 is formed so as to come into contact with the electrode plate surface 12 at an acute angle.
Therefore, the cutting edge 10 is connected to the electrode plate surface 12 and the precipitate 13.
There is a problem in that the tip of the cutting edge 10 is easily worn out or broken when inserted between the cutting edge 10 and the cutting edge 10.

In addition, conventional stripping knives are made of highly elastic materials such as steel, and are pressed from both sides through a wedge member or the like from the outside of the knife, narrowing the knife's cutting edge and separating the electrode plate and electrodeposited metal. It has a structure in which the electrodeposited metal is inserted between the electrodes, and the spring force of the knife is used to push the electrodeposited metal outward and peel it off. For this reason, if the electrodeposited metal is firmly attached to the electrode plate, the spring force of the knife alone will not have a sufficient peeling effect.
If the knife is further inserted, there is a problem in that the cutting edge digs into the surface of the electrode plate and damages the surface of the electrode plate.

<Means for solving the problem> The present invention improves the conventional method by providing a flat part on the back of the cutting edge of the peeling knife that contacts the surface of the electrode plate, and a projecting part on the back of the body of the knife that comes into pressure contact with the surface of the electrode plate. Problem solved.

<Structure of the invention> According to the invention, in a peeling knife that is inserted between an electrode plate and a precipitate on the surface of the electrode plate and peels off the precipitate, the back surface of the cutting edge of the knife is in contact with the surface of the electrode plate. Furthermore, the back surface of the knife body extends inward to form a projecting part that presses against the surface of the electrode plate, and the pressure of the projecting part and the surface of the electrode plate causes the knife to An electrode plate peeling knife characterized in that the opening width is widened is provided.

As shown in FIG. 2, the knives 1 and 22 are integrally provided with a pair of knives 24 and 25 at their upper ends.
As shown in FIG. 3, the two knives 24, 25 are integrally formed with a tapered liner 23 provided at the rear end thereof, so that the knives 24, 25 have a wide opening at their cutting edges. The width W is kept slightly wider than the thickness of the electrode plate 2, and is formed wider toward the cutting edge.

On the other hand, the tips of the knives 24 and 25 are slightly curved or bent toward the surface of the electrode plate 2 to form a cutting edge, as shown in FIG. a flat part 24a that contacts the surface;
25a is formed. In addition, the knife 24,
25 is preferably formed by cutting a plate member 26 and removing an unnecessary portion 27, as shown in FIG. 5, instead of using the conventional method of bending the cutting edge. The knives 24 and 25 have a flat portion 24 at the cutting edge.
a, 25a, it can be suitably manufactured by cutting. The outer shape of the tip side edge of the knives 24, 25 may be any shape such as an acute angle, an arc, or a trapezoid, as shown in FIGS. 7a, b, and c. When the external shape of the cutting edge is arcuate or trapezoidal, it is preferable because chipping of the cutting edge can be more reliably prevented and wear is also reduced. Furthermore, if the tapered portions 24b and 25b of the cutting edge are formed in an arc shape, the knife 2
4, 25 becomes easier to insert.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8a, the back surfaces of the bodies 32 and 33 of the peeling knife protrude inward, and have an overhang that comes into pressure contact with the surface of the electrode plate when the knife is inserted between the electrode plate and the precipitate. Portions 32a and 33a are formed. When the peeling knife is inserted, the protruding portion comes into pressure contact with the surface of the electrode plate, thereby expanding the opening width of the knife and preventing the cutting edge from digging in. The projecting portions 32a and 33a may be formed by increasing the thickness of the knife body, or may be formed by protruding other members.

Incidentally, projections 28 and 29 are provided on the rear outer surfaces of the knives 24 and 25 to prevent the peeling knife from floating when the electrodeposited plate 2 is pulled up. on the other hand,
The knives 24, 25 have wedges 30, 3 on their outer surfaces.

and the electrode plate, the wedges 30, 31
advances together with the knife and comes into pressure contact with the rollers that roll against the sides of the knives 24 and 25, narrowing the distance w between the knives and helping the knife to be inserted between the electrode plate surface and the deposit. It's good to do that.

The peeling knife is advanced toward the electrode plate 2 by the hydraulic cylinder 6, and when it reaches the position where the electrode plate 2 is inserted between the cutting edges, the wedges 30 and 31 are inserted on both sides, as shown in FIG. 8a. The opening width W of the cutting edge is narrowed by rolling it into contact with the roller, and the cutting edge is inserted between the electrode plate surface and the precipitate 2b. In this case, since the back surface of the cutting edge is provided with flat portions 24a and 25a that are in contact with the surface of the electrode plate, the cutting edge will not dig into the surface of the electrode plate and will not damage the surface of the electrode plate. As the peeling knives 24 and 25 advance, when the cutting edge is inserted a predetermined distance between the precipitate 2b and the electrode plate as shown in FIG. 32a and 33a are in pressure contact with the surface of the electrode plate 2, forcibly expanding the opening width W of the cutting edge to prevent the cutting edge from digging into the electrode plate surface, and to push the precipitate outward to promote peeling.

When the peeling knife advances further and the precipitate 2b is peeled off, the electrode plate 2 is lifted from the pedestal 4 and carried outside. At this time, the protrusions 28 and 29 provided on the side surfaces of the peeling knife come into contact with the beams of the pedestal 4, thereby preventing the peeling knife from floating up.

<Effects of the invention> The peeling knife of the present invention has a flat part on the back side of its cutting edge that contacts the electrode plate surface, so the sharp tip of the blade does not dig into the electrode plate surface when the peeling knife is inserted. Therefore, damage to the electrode plate surface can be prevented, and damage to the cutting edge can be reliably prevented. Additionally, there is relatively little wear on the cutting edge, extending the life of the knife and requiring less sharpening and adjustment of the cutting edge.

Furthermore, since a protruding part is provided on the back of the body of the knife, after the cutting edge enters, the protruding part comes into pressure contact with the surface of the electrode plate, and the opening width W of the cutting edge is forcibly expanded, allowing the knife to advance. It is possible to more reliably prevent the cutting edge from digging in due to the cutting edge, and the precipitate can be reliably peeled off.
