Abstract

PURPOSE:To discharge the content from a hopper by self-weight of the content when a gate is opened, by arranging strings or nets inside the hopper. CONSTITUTION:Wires 20 are hung down and stretched from a H-shaped steel beam 11 so that the wires 20 have no slack part but are not pulled too tight when no content is in a hopper 1, and slacked off a little by an amount equivalent to the displacement of a gate 9 when the gate 9 is opened. The content may agglomerate in the hopper 1, however, it clashes against the wires 20 and breaks into pieces while it falls down as the gate 9 is opened. Thus, the agglomerating content in the hopper 1 can be broken and crushed into pieces by using the self-weight of the content without any power. If the wires 20 are almost vertically stretched from the top to the bottom of the hopper 1, the content is heaped up in layers in the hopper 1 and the lower layer clashes against the wires 20 due to the weight of the upper layers. And, the upper layers, on the other hand, are certainly broken and crushed because they fall down a long distance from above, clashing against the wires 20.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to improvements in hoppers. More specifically, the contents stacked inside the hopper (earth and sand, cement, polished rice flour, etc.)
The present invention relates to a device and method for crushing or pulverizing hopper during discharge to prevent clogging of a hopper.

Problem to be solved: However, with two types of sand, if the gate is opened immediately after rapidly stacking it in the hopper, will it be possible to discharge it smoothly without clogging? If the gate is opened after this, the water in the sand will naturally fall or evaporate and dry up in the hopper. The earth and sand will then become agglomerated and will not fall easily even if the gate is opened.

In this situation, workers have to break up the clumped dirt by poking the hopper diagonally from below with a long rod or from above. This task is not always easy and can be dangerous.

Even with polished rice flour, etc., as long as the flour contains water, it will fall without any problem when the gate is opened, but if the water content decreases for some reason, it will clump and cause the same problem.

[Means for Solving the Problem] As a means for solving the problem, the jam prevention hopper of the present invention is adopted, and is characterized in that a string or a net is disposed inside the hopper so as to cut the contents. . The lower end of the string or net, which is hooked to the socket or one or more supports provided near the socket, is hooked to the outlet of the hopper or near the outlet, so that at least one of the strings or the net is attached in a substantially longitudinal direction. It may also be placed inside the hopper.

In addition, as a method of preventing the hopper from clogging, a method is adopted in which a string or a net is placed inside the hopper so as to cut the contents, so that when the gate is opened, the contents are forced by their own weight.

[Function] Place a string or net inside the hopper in advance,
The contents are charged into this hopper from above. The contents, which are introduced one after another and piled up in a swirling manner, become agglomerated while embracing the strings or nets interposed in the longitudinal direction. Clumping occurs when the lower layer is pressed against the upper layer and water is squeezed out. When the gate of the hopper is opened, the agglomerated contents fall all at once, colliding with the string or net that is stretched around the hopper. During this fall, the lump is pushed by its own weight or the weight of the upper layer and collides with the string or net, which acts like a blade and cuts it.

At this time, if the string or net runs almost vertically from the top to the bottom of the hopper, the lower layer of the contents stacked in the hopper will collide with the string or net under the gravity of the upper layer. On the other hand, the upper layer will fall while coming into contact with the string or net over a longer distance than the lower layer, so it will definitely disassemble.

Further, the hopper of the present invention can achieve its purpose by using a conventional hopper as is and adding a few extra devices to it. Therefore, manufacturing costs and modification costs are low. Furthermore, the arrangement method and location of the string or net can be easily changed, including omissions, so even if it wears out, it can be easily replaced.
