Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 熱衝撃により砕裂する絶縁基板に、連続し
た過電流の通電によつて熱衝撃を発生する発熱抵
抗膜を被着し、この発熱抵抗膜の一方の対向端部
に、一端を外部端子接続部分として上記絶縁基板
側縁に並設してなる１対の電極をそれぞれ接続す
るとともに、上記外部端子接続部分相互間に位置
する絶縁基板に切欠部を形成し、上記外部端子接
続部分を外部端子とともに合成樹脂材で被覆した
ことを特徴とする保安機構付基板抵抗。 (2) 短絡状態で破壊するサージ吸収素子と請求
項１記載の保安機構付基板抵抗とを直列接続した
ことを特徴とするサージ吸収器。
