Specifically, a through hole is bored near the end of the fan side of a cylindrical body made up of a plurality of stacked air pipes connected to each other in a stacked manner at the outlet of the fan case, and when these cylindrical bodies are stored in the fan case. , polymerize each through hole.
By connecting them in series and making it possible to discharge pressurized air to the outside of the fan case, even if an operator starts the engine with the cylindrical body stored inside the fan case,
The present invention relates to a blast pipe for an engine blower that prevents damage to the engine due to an overrun condition and allows a plurality of cylindrical bodies to be easily stored in or taken out from a fan case.

In addition, when using it, the cylindrical bodies 4, 5, and 6 are pulled out from the fan case 2, and the pressurized air generated by the fan 1 driven by the engine (not shown) is transferred to the jet nozzle 7 of the cylindrical body 6 at the tip. It is ejected from the ground to blow dust, sand, etc. from the ground, floor, etc., pump it, or remove moisture.

がある。(c) Problems to be solved by the invention When using the above-mentioned type of engine blower air pipe, an operator (not shown) must place the cylindrical bodies 4, 5, and 6 into the fan case 2. Sometimes the engine is started without remembering that it is stored inside the fan case 2, and the pressurized air generated by the fan 1 remains sealed inside the fan case 2. The engine is operated under no-load conditions and overrunning (overrunning).
Running), abnormal vibrations and noise may occur, and there is a risk of engine seizure, leading to an unexpected disaster. It has been proposed to install a speed governor as a way to avoid such overrunning, but installing a speed governor increases the price of the engine blower and increases its size, making it difficult for users to use it. The problem is that it is uneconomical for the company and requires additional expenses.

Since they are communicated within the case, pressurized air is blown into the atmosphere in the same way as when the cylindrical body is expanded, thereby avoiding situations such as engine overrunning.

First, in FIGS. 1 to 4 of the first embodiment, a fuel tank 11 that also serves as a handle is integrally formed above a fan case C of an integrated or split type type, and a Install engine E on the right side in Figure 4).
A fan 12 driven by this engine E is housed in the fan case C and is capable of generating pressurized air, while a discharge port is formed on one side of the fan case C (the right side in FIGS. 1 and 2). 13 A fan 1 of a cylindrical body 14 that gradually expands on the fan 12 side is disposed on the inner circumferential wall.
Part of the 2 side is fitted and brought into close contact, and in this fitting part b 1 ,
As shown in FIG. 3, an appropriate number of rectangular, elliptical, or circular through holes h1 are bored in parallel along the circumferential direction, and the discharge port 1 of the cylindrical body 14
A part of the fan 12 side of another cylindrical body 15 that gradually expands the fan 12 side is fitted and tightly attached to the inner circumferential wall on the opposite side of the cylindrical body 3 , and the cylindrical body 14
At the same time, a suitable number of through holes h2 are bored along the circumferential direction and at the same position in the longitudinal direction. Further, on the inner circumferential wall of the cylindrical body 15 on the side opposite to the fan 12 side, a cylindrical body 1 whose fan 12 side can be slightly expanded is provided.
The fan 12 side of 6 is fitted and tightly attached, and this fitting part b 3
A through hole h3 is bored under the same conditions as described above, and a spout j is formed at the slightly thin tip on the opposite side from the fan 12. However, the cylindrical body 1
4, 15, and 16 are collectively referred to as the blower pipe N1 .
(Three cylindrical bodies are shown here, but any number can be selected.) The cylindrical bodies 14, 15, 16 having the above configuration are shown in FIG. are integrally connected in a straight line, and the engine E is started to guide and flow the pressurized air generated by the fan 12 in the direction of the arrow, so that the pressurized air can be ejected into the atmosphere from the jet nozzle j. .

る。 In addition, in the case of FIG. 5 of the second embodiment, the air pipe
There is a small protrusion P 1 on the inner peripheral wall near the tip of the cylindrical bodies 24 and 25 constituting N 2 on the side opposite to the fan 12 side.
By protruding P 2 as one body and engaging these protrusions P 1 and P 2 into the openings h 2 and h 3 of the cylindrical bodies 25 and 26, respectively, the cylindrical bodies 24, 25, and 26 can be extended. The only difference from the first embodiment is that the cylindrical bodies 24, 25, and 26 are prevented from unexpectedly slipping out or shrinking when this happens, and the other points are the same. Omitted.

However, even when the cylindrical body is stored in the fan case, these holes remain in communication, so the operator forgets to extend the cylindrical body from the discharge port of the fan case. Even when the engine is started, the pressurized air generated by the fan does not remain in the fan case and is ejected into the atmosphere from the outlet of the cylindrical body. Accidents such as burnouts can be avoided, and there is no risk of abnormal vibration or abnormal noise, allowing workers to carry out their work with greater peace of mind compared to conventional engine blower work. Moreover, since the cylindrical body can be formed with an extremely simple operation of just drilling a through hole, it does not require a large amount of economic expenditure, and furthermore, in the case of the second embodiment, it is possible to form a cylindrical body with an extremely simple operation of drilling a through hole. Even if a part of the air pipe comes into contact with a foreign object for some reason, there is no risk that the air pipe itself will shrink or part of it will come off, and when it is extended, it can be positioned reliably and its set position This has the advantage that it does not take much time to select.
