Claims (1)
- ガイドレールと、このガイドレールに沿つて摺
動する摺動体と、前記ガイドレールの一方の端に
前記ガイドレールに対してある傾きをもつて固定
したレーザ光源と、複数の受光素子を配列した受
光面をフイルタを介して前記レーザ光源へ対向し
且つこの受光面を前記ガイドレールに垂直に前記
摺動体に固定してなるＣＣＤリニアイメージセン
サとを備えることを特徴とするリニアエンコーダ
。
