Claims (1)
- フオトトランジスタを用いた光センサ回路にお
いて、前記フオトトランジスタに直列に接続され
たトランジスタと、前記フオトトランジスタとト
ランジスタとの接続点と接地との間に接続され、
その接続点に加わる電圧を抵抗分割させる抵抗分
割手段とを備え、上記抵抗分割された電圧が前記
トランジスタのベースに供給される構成を特徴と
する光センサ回路。
