    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外力を受ける受動軸と、この受動軸を囲んで両
    端部を前記受動軸に同心に固定された中空軸と、
    高透磁率軟磁性材からなり前記中空軸の外周上に
    固着された歪検出層と、前記受動軸を非磁性ベア
    リングを介して回転自在に支承する軸受と、前記
    歪検出層の周囲に配設され前記歪検出層の前記外
    力に対応した歪による透磁率変化を検出する検出
    コイルを備えてなるトルク検出器。
