Claims (1)
- 外力を受ける受動部材と、前記受動部材の表面
に固着された高透磁率軟磁性材からなる磁歪層と
、前記磁歪層の近傍に設けられ該磁歪層に生ずる
前記外力に応じた歪による透磁率の変化を検出す
る検出コイルとを備えた歪検出器において、前記
磁歪層の表面を気密的に覆うシリコン材よりなる
保護層を設けたこと特徴とする歪検出器。
