Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 環状の積層コアの内側に突出して形成され周囲
    にコイルが巻回された複数の磁極部を有するラジ
    アル電磁石と、環状の積層コアの内側に突出して
    形成され周囲にコイルが巻回された複数のセンサ
    部を有するラジアルセンサとを備え、前記ラジア
    ルセンサが回転体との隙間寸法を検出して回転体
    と各センサ部先端との隙間寸法が均等になるよう
    制御される前記ラジアル電磁石が前記回転体を磁
    気浮上させて回転支持する磁気軸受において、前
    記ラジアル電磁石の磁極部と前記ラジアルセンサ
    のセンサ部との互の円周方向の位置関係を機械的
    に規制する位置規制手段を設けたことを特徴とす
    る磁気軸受。
