When this lining material is heat-compressed and vulcanized from the upper and lower surfaces, the upper surface of the rubber plate is a metal plate, so heat conduction is good, and the vulcanization of the upper and lower surfaces of the rubber plate is performed evenly, so the lining material swells due to the difference in vulcanization. A flat lining material is obtained. However, when a large number of small square pieces of ceramics are placed on the upper surface, the upper and lower surfaces of the rubber plate are not evenly vulcanized due to poor heat conduction of the ceramics. As a result, as shown in Fig. 5, the central part swelled upward after vulcanization, making it difficult to obtain a lining material of good quality, and the surface unevenness caused by compression of the rubber plate at the bolt tightening part was unavoidable. 1986-

によつて構成される。``Means for Solving the Problems'' In order to achieve the above purpose, this proposal involves drilling bolt holes at the four corners of a flat rectangular steel plate, and drilling holes on the passing line along two sets of bolt hole passing lines. It has at least a non-perforated part on both sides, the bolt hole is bored in the bottom of the recess formed on the bottom side of the plate, the bottom forms a bolt head seat, and the plate is inserted into the bolt hole. It is buried in the middle of a rectangular rubber plate with opposing through holes, the four corners of the rubber plate are aligned with the four corners of the steel plate, and ceramics are placed on the upper surface of the rubber plate. Small pieces are fixed in a checkerboard pattern, a bolt is inserted into the through hole from the top side of the rubber plate, and rubber pieces and small ceramic pieces are sequentially laminated and fixed on the top side of the head of the inserted bolt to form the through hole. It is constructed by a wear-resistant liner that is closed off.

しようとする。"Function" Therefore, the rubber plates 9 are placed on the upper and lower surfaces of the rectangular steel plate material 1.
are piled up and placed on several square ceramic pieces arranged vertically and horizontally on the bottom of the mold, and when this is heated and compressed in the vertical direction and vulcanized, the amount of heat conducted through the ceramic pieces on one side and The amount of heat directly conducted to the rubber plate on the other side is different, causing a difference in vulcanization on both sides of the rubber plate, and after vulcanization, the rubber plate shrinks more on the other side than on one side, causing the ceramic to warp or bulge on one side. try to.

きる。 However, in order for the rectangular steel plate material 1 to resist warpage or bulge and to suppress warpage or bulge, the ceramic pieces form a flat surface. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the recess 3 enters a through hole 16 previously formed in the rubber plate 9 on the other side, and the bottom surface of the recess 3 is exposed on the outer surface of the rubber plate 9 or is covered with a thin rubber layer. The bolt hole 2 is formed, the head 11 of the bolt 10 inserted into the bolt hole 2 is supported by the seat on the bottom of the recess 3, and the bolt 10 is supported in the recess 3. A rubber piece 15 and a small ceramic piece 18 are successively laminated and fixed to the head 11 of the bolt 10, and the rectangular steel plate 1 can be fixed on the support plate by the bolt 10. The wear liner can be installed flat.
