[Means for solving the problems] The structure of the present invention to achieve the above purpose is as follows:
To explain with reference to the drawings corresponding to the embodiments, the laser output meter of the present invention includes a laser light sensor 2 that outputs received laser light 1 as an electric signal, and a laser light sensor 2 in which the laser light 1 is incident on the laser light sensor 2. The output signal output from the laser light sensor 2 when the laser light sensor 2 is not in use is stored as a correction value, and the output signal from the laser light sensor 2 when the laser light is incident on the laser light sensor after that is stored as a correction value. A signal calculation unit 4 that outputs a value corrected by the correction value as a measurement output signal, and a laser beam stop signal when the incidence of the laser beam 1 is stopped as an input signal, and the laser beam stop signal is output for a certain period of time. The structure includes a sampling control section 6 that controls the signal calculation section 4 to automatically sample the correction value when the above-mentioned operation continues.

[Function] According to such a laser output meter, if the laser light 1 is not incident on the laser light sensor 2 for a certain period of time or more, the signal calculation unit 4 automatically starts sampling a new correction value based on an instruction from the sampling control unit 6. Therefore, sampling of the correction value can be automatically performed using the stop time of the laser beam 1.

[Examples] Examples of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in the figure, the laser output meter of this example is
It has a laser light sensor 2 that absorbs laser light 1 as thermal energy when it is incident from a laser light source (not shown), converts it into an electrical signal, and outputs it. Refrigerant is supplied to the laser light sensor 2 from a refrigerant inlet 3A, and the refrigerant whose temperature has increased is discharged from a refrigerant inlet 3B. The output end of the laser light sensor 2 is connected to the input end of the signal calculation section 1. The signal calculation unit 4 stores an output signal output by the laser light sensor 2 when the laser light sensor 2 is not incident on the laser light sensor 2 as a correction value, and after that, the laser light 1 is input to the laser light sensor. A value obtained by correcting the output signal from the laser light sensor 2 when the light is incident on the laser light sensor 2 using the correction value is output as a measurement output signal. The output end of the signal calculation section 4 is connected to the input end of the display 5. A sampling control section 6 consisting of a timer is connected to the signal calculation section 4. The sampling control unit 6 receives a laser beam stop signal 7 from a laser light source (not shown) as an input signal, and when the laser beam stop signal 7 continues for a certain period of time or more, in other words, the sampling control unit 6 inputs a laser beam stop signal 7 from a laser light source (not shown) to the laser beam sensor 2 for a certain period of time or more. Laser light 1
When the correction value is not incident, a sampling instruction signal 8 is automatically output to the signal calculation unit 4 to cause the correction value to be sampled.

Next, the operation will be explained. When laser light 1 is incident on laser light sensor 2, this laser light 1
is absorbed as thermal energy, converted into an electrical signal, and output to the signal calculation section 4. Thermal energy absorbed by the laser light sensor 2 is transferred to the refrigerant inlet 3A.
The refrigerant supplied from the sensor 2 undergoes heat conversion around the sensor 2, and is discharged to the outside together with the refrigerant. The signal calculation unit 4 stores, as a correction value A, the output signal of the laser light sensor 2 when the laser light 1 is not incident on the laser light sensor 2. When the laser light sensor 2 gives an output signal B based on the detection of the laser light 1 to the signal calculation unit 4, the signal calculation unit 4 calculates the following: B-A=C where C>0, B>0, A≦0 or A A true measurement signal C is output by performing a correction calculation of >0.

When the laser light source (not shown) stops outputting the laser light 1, the laser light 1 stops entering the laser light sensor 2. At this time, a laser light stop signal 7 is input from the laser light source to the sampling control section 6. The sampling control unit 6 to which the laser beam stop signal 7 is input starts timing operation using a built-in timer, and when a predetermined time is reached, that is, the incidence of the laser beam 1 to the laser beam sensor 2 is interrupted for a predetermined period of time. Then, a sampling instruction signal 8 is output to the signal calculation section 4. Thereby, the signal calculation unit 4 stores the output signal of the laser light sensor 2 at that time as a new correction value. Since the detection response of the laser light sensor 2 is generally not good, the sampling control unit 6 prevents sampling of the correction value immediately after the incidence of the laser light 1 stops.

[Effect of the invention] As explained above, in the laser output meter according to the invention, when no laser light is incident on the laser light sensor, the signal calculation section calculates the current output of the laser light sensor according to instructions from the sampling control section. Since the signal is stored as a correction value, sampling of the correction value can be automatically performed using the stop time of the laser beam. In addition, in this invention, the signal calculation unit corrects the output signal of the laser light sensor that detected the laser light based on the correction value and outputs the measurement signal, so it is possible to always perform accurate measurements as the harmonic value is updated. I can do it.
