When constructing a seismic wall structure for the partition wall in an apartment complex using precast concrete wall plates (hereinafter abbreviated as PC plates), it is possible to reduce the cost by attaching interior cloth material directly to the surface of the seismic wall. Although it can be finished, in reality, a costly method is used, such as placing a wooden base on the surface of the earthquake-resistant wall, attaching a base board to this, and pasting cloth material on top of it. . This is a problem for two main reasons. When the above-mentioned PC boards are connected to form an earthquake-resistant wall, concrete is poured on-site at the joints between the PC boards, but this concrete tends to crack, and it cannot be directly pasted. This creates wrinkles in the cross material, which is unsightly, and the concrete formwork (often made of plywood) that suppresses the wrinkles during concrete pouring bulges outwards due to the lateral pressure of the concrete, resulting in bulges at the joints. This is because the cloth material becomes wavy.

The present invention solves these inconveniences and provides a method for attaching interior cross materials using a low-cost direct attachment method. Recessed steps are formed on both sides, concrete is poured at the joints, and a net for preventing cracks in the concrete at the joints is inserted into the recessed grooves spanning both recessed steps between interconnected precast concrete wall plates. Then, the mesh is glued with a thin adhesive coating, and a mortar layer is provided thereon to make the concave grooves flush with the wall surface, and the cloth material is applied to the wall surface to cover the mortar layer. The above object is achieved by direct attachment.

Below, the details of the present invention will be explained based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. Figure 1 shows the PC used in the present invention.
This is a cross-sectional plan view of a connecting portion of a board 1. This PC board 1 has relatively shallow recessed stepped portions 3, 3 formed on both the front and back sides of the vertical edge of the connecting portion 2.
The rest of the structure is the same as the conventional one. Then, the PC boards 1 and 1 are butted together as shown in Figure 3, and the joint steel plates (not shown) protruding from these are connected by welding or bolting. Concrete formworks 6, 6 sandwiching both boards 1, 1 are fitted into the concave grooves 5, 5 extending between the double recess steps 3 and 3, and 3 and 3 between the PC boards 1, 1, and Formwork 6, 6 is used as support material 7...
Concrete 8 is poured into the joint part 4 in a fixed state with..., and after it hardens, the concrete forms 6, 6 are removed. In this case, even if the concrete formworks 6, 6 are slightly deformed outward due to the lateral pressure after pouring, and therefore the concrete 8 has a bulge, this bulge can be reduced to the depth of the concave grooves 5, 5. It can be absorbed by Next, a joint concrete crack prevention net 9 having a structure as shown in FIG. 2 is fitted into the concave grooves 5, 5 and pasted onto the joint concrete 8. Net 9 is made by sandwiching similar flat weft yarns between upper and lower flat warp yarns made of, for example, approximately 200 thin synthetic fibers, and applying an alkali-resistant thermoplastic resin adhesive to their surfaces. It is a reticulated nonwoven fabric that is heated after being coated, and acts as a flexible buffer layer to prevent cracks from occurring due to drying shrinkage of the concrete 8. When pasting this net 9, first apply an adhesive 10 to the surface of the joint concrete 8, such as NS Hiflex manufactured by Nippon Kasei Co., Ltd.
Apply a synthetic polymer mortar adhesion enhancer such as HF1000 (trade name), and apply thin adhesive coating 1 on top of it.
1. For example, apply NS Bond Cement (trade name) manufactured by Nippon Kasei Co., Ltd. {this is a mixture of cement and glue to aggregate}, apply Nettu 9, and then apply a thin coat of the same type of adhesive on top of that. 12, and completely fill in the mesh of the net 9 with both thin coating agents 11 and 12. After that, mortar 13 is applied to the outside surface.
is applied thinly to fill the concave grooves 5, 5, and the outer surface of the mortar layer 13 is shaped so that it is flush with the PC boards 1, 1, and the mortar layer 13 and
The cloth material 14 is directly pasted across the PC boards 1,1.

With this structure, cracks caused by drying shrinkage of the joint concrete 8 are suppressed by the net 9 adhesively fixed to the concrete 8, and even if a crack occurs, the crack is prevented by the net 9. Since it is covered and does not come out on the front side, cloth material 1
4 wrinkles do not occur. Furthermore, since the concrete formwork 6 is fitted into the concave groove 6 when pouring the joint concrete 8, even if the concrete swells slightly outward, this bulge can be absorbed by the concrete formwork 6.
The corrugation of the cloth material 14 is absorbed by the depth of the concave groove 5 after removal, and the joint portion 4 can be made flush with the PC boards 1, 1 by adjusting the amount of mortar layer 13 applied. This phenomenon does not occur, and by filling the meshes of the net 9 with the thin coating agents 11 and 12, the inconvenience of the meshes protruding toward the cloth material 14 can be eliminated.

Despite the fact that the cross material is directly pasted,
It does not cause wrinkles or waving in the cross material caused by cracks in the joint concrete poured on-site at the joints between precast concrete wall plates or bulges in the formwork, and moreover, it is a net for preventing cracks in the concrete at the joints. The mesh does not stand out on the cloth material side. In other words, the joint concrete crack prevention net inserted into the concave groove and bonded to the joint suppresses cracks caused by drying shrinkage of the concrete cast in the joint, and even if cracks occur, the cracks are covered by the net. Since it is covered and does not come out on the front side, wrinkles do not occur in the cloth material. In addition, even if the joint concrete swells slightly outward due to the expansion of the formwork during pouring of the joint concrete, the depth of the concave grooves absorbs this, and the amount of mortar applied can be adjusted to prevent the joint concrete from expanding slightly. Since the part can be made flush with the wall,
Waving of the cloth material does not occur. Furthermore, since the net is adhered with its mesh covered with a thin adhesive coating, the mesh of the net does not stand out on the cloth material side.

のである。
As mentioned above, even if the cross material is attached directly to the joints between precast concrete wall plates, there will be no negative impact on the cross material due to cracks in the joint concrete, bulges in the formwork, and the mesh of the crack prevention net. Therefore, it has become possible to finish interiors using the direct pasting method of cloth materials, and as mentioned at the beginning, it is possible to connect precast concrete wall panels and pour concrete at the joints, then place a wooden base on the wall surface. Compared to the conventional structure in which a base board is installed, a base board is attached, and a cloth material is attached to this, the number of man-hours and materials used are significantly reduced, making it possible to carry out interior work at a low cost. be.
