Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 技術分野 本考案は電子部品をプリント基板に取り付ける
取付ホルダに関する。
背景技術 電子機器の組立工程において電子部品をプリン
ト基板に実装する場合、先ず、電子部品をプリン
ト基板に自動的に取り付け、その後、半田槽に通
して半田付けによつて固定することが通常行なわ
れている。ところが、電子部品によつては自動的
にプリント基板に半田付け固定することが困難な
ものがある。例えば、水晶振動子はそのリード線
だけでプリント基板に取り付けることはできる
が、その本体部分が大きく比較的重量があるので
取付後、半田槽へコンベア等によつて搬送するま
での間に振動で倒れてしまい適切な状態で固定さ
れなかつたり、半田付け不良を起こすことがあ
る。従つて、水晶振動子は手作業によつてプリン
ト基板に固定されることが多い。
第１図は水晶振動子をプリント基板に手作業に
て固定した例を示している。本図において、水晶
振動子１の水晶片を被い本体部分をなす略長方形
断面の柱状のケース部材２の主面がプリント基板
４に対して平行になるように配設され、ケース部
材２とプリント基板４との間に平板状の緩衝部材
３が挿入されている。そしてケース部材２の一端
から伸長したリード線６が途中で折曲されてプリ
ント基板４の取付孔に挿入され、半田付けによつ
てプリント基板１に固定されている。またコの字
形に折曲されたメツキ銅線５がケース部材２を跨
ぐように設けられ、メツキ銅線５の両端部がプリ
ント基板４に半田付けされてケース部材２がプリ
ント基板に押圧された状態でプリント基板４に固
定されている。
このような半田付けの際に手作業を要する電子
部品を半田槽で自動的にプリント基板に半田付け
固定できるようにすることが望まれるのである。
考案の概要 そこで、本考案の目的は半田付けの際に手作業
を要する電子部品をプリント基板に自動的にかつ
確実に半田付けを固定させることを可能にする取
付ホルダを提供することである。
本考案の電子部品のプリント基板への取付ホル
ダは一端にフランジ部を備えた略柱状のケース部
材の最小幅部より僅かに小なる間隔の最狭部を有
する溝を形成する一対の湾曲対向脚部を含む略Ｕ
字形断面形状の平板弾性部材からなり、湾曲対向
脚部各々のフランジ部に対向する部分にフランジ
部の少なくとも一部と係合する長孔を有し、湾曲
対向脚部の溝終端の一方を形成する側端部各々に
プリント基板に係合し得る係合突起を有すること
を特徴としている。
実施例 以下、本考案の実施例を第２図ないし第４図を
参照しつつ説明する。
第２図及び第３図に示した本考案の一実施例た
る水晶振動子１のプリント基板への取付ホルダ１
１は燐青銅板又は合成樹脂等の平板弾性材からな
り、略Ｕ字形断面形状にされて一対の対向脚部１
２によつて水晶振動子１を挟持するための溝１３
を形成している。対向脚部１２はその伸長方向に
おける略中央において若干外側に各々折曲されて
湾曲状をなしており、その間隔は水晶振動子１の
ケース部材２の最小幅より僅かに小さくされてい
る。一方、水晶振動子は第１図にも示したように
ケース部材２の一端にフランジ部１４を有してお
り、このフランジ部１４に対向する部分、すなわ
ち、対向脚部１２の各々の溝終端部の一方に折曲
ラインに直角に長孔１５が形成されている。その
長孔１５近傍の対向脚部１２の各々の溝終端中央
にプリント基板に係合するための突起１６が形成
され、突起１６の両側の溝終端部に凹部１７が設
けられている。
かかる本考案による取付ホルダ１１には水晶振
動子１が対向脚部１２の側端部から押し込まれて
第３図に示す如くフランジ部１４が長孔１５に係
合することにより固定される。こうして水晶振動
子１がセツトされた取付ホルダ１１はその突起１
６及び水晶振動子１のリード線６がプリント基板
４の取付孔に挿入されることによりプリント基板
４に取り付けられ、その後、半田槽等により第４
図の如くプリント基板４に半田１８付け固定され
るのである。
なお、凹部１７はプリント基板４が両面基板の
場合に突起１６の周囲がプリント基板４のパター
ン部分に密着しないようにするための逃しとして
形成さられており、これにより半田付けが良好に
行なわれるのである。またプリント基板４から水
晶振動子１の底面までの距離は長孔１５の位置に
よつて定めることができる。
考案の効果 以上の如く、本考案のプリント基板への取付ホ
ルダによれば、一対の湾曲対向脚部の長孔に電子
部品のフランジ部が係合し得るので電子部品を確
実に挟持した状態でプリント基板に取り付けるこ
とができる。また本考案の取付ホルダはプリント
基板の取付孔に突起が挿入されかつプリント基板
に脚部の少なくとも４つの端部によつて安定に立
するようになされているので組立工程において電
子部品のプリント基板への取付後における半田槽
への搬送中に振動によつて電子部品が基板から外
れたり、或いは電子部品の位置がずれたりするこ
とが防止され、自動的にかつ確実に半田付け固定
することが可能となる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端にフランジ部を備えた略柱状のケース部
    材によつて被われた電子部品をプリント基板に
    取り付ける取付ホルダであつて、前記ケース部
    材の最小幅部より僅かに小なる間隔の最狭部を
    有する溝を形成する一対の湾曲対向脚部を含む
    略Ｕ字形断面形状の平板弾性部材からなり、前
    記湾曲対向脚部各々の前記フランジ部に対向す
    る部分に前記フランジ部の少なくとも一部と係
    合する長孔を有し、前記湾曲対向脚部の溝終端
    の一方を形成する側端部各々に前記プリント基
    板に結合し得る係合突起を有することを特徴と
    する取付ホルダ。 (2) 前記係合突起は前記脚部の伸長方向における
    略中央に設けられており、前記係合突起の両側
    の側端面に凹部を有することを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の取付ホルダ。
