After applying the adhesive, in the lamination process, the top veneer and back veneer with different fiber directions are sequentially laminated on top of the middle veneer to which the adhesive has been applied to form plywood. Although this method is generally known, it has had the problem of not being able to efficiently manufacture plywood because it is necessary to time-coordinate the adhesive application process and the lamination process. In addition, in order to obtain stable veneer adhesion, prior to the gluing process, the middle veneer and top veneer, which make up each layer, are
In addition, it is necessary to dry the moisture content of the backing veneer to a state where good adhesive strength can be obtained, but the moisture content of the raw wood itself, sapwood and core material, differs greatly. It is virtually impossible to adjust the moisture content by drying, and there is also the problem that stable adhesive strength cannot be obtained.

略する。 Above the first lifter 1, there are a back plate veneer 2, a center core veneer 5, and first and second middle plate veneers 7, which are sequentially placed on the first lifter 1.
An adhesive supply device 9 for supplying a film adhesive 12a, which will be described later, is arranged on the upper surface of the adhesive 8. The adhesive supply device 9 includes a doctor roll 1 whose axial width is at least equal to the fiber direction width of the backing veneer 2.
0 and a coating roll 11, and as the doctor roll 10 rotates, a thermosetting water-soluble adhesive (hereinafter referred to as adhesive) 12 is transferred onto the outer peripheral surface of the coating roll 11 in the form of a thin film. The outer circumferential surface of the processing device 13 is smoothed with chrome plating or tetrafluoroethylene resin, etc., and the outer circumferential surface temperature is heated to about 70 to 100° C. with steam, a heater, etc.
Thin film adhesive 1 transferred from the coating roll 11 as it rotates in the direction of the solid arrow shown in FIG.
The heating roll 14, whose axial width is at least equal to the axial width of the doctor roll 10 and coating roll 11, is transferred to the peeling position while forming the film-like adhesive 12a by evaporation of the moisture contained in Step 2; It consists of a peeling knife 15 that brings the cutting edge into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the heating roll 14 and peels off the film adhesive 12a from the heating roll 14. The heating temperature and rotation of the heating roll 14 correspond to the resin component of the adhesive 12 supplied from the adhesive supply device 9 and the moisture content of each veneer 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 to be attached. Conditions such as speed are described in detail in JP-A No. 58-61867 (adhesive supply device for veneer) or JP-A-58-11601 (method for manufacturing plywood). Omitted.

相互を接着し得る。 After the above operation, the center core veneer 5 is placed on the second lifter 3, and the center core veneer 5 has a fiber direction different from that of the middle plate veneer 7, and the first middle plate veneer 7 is attached with the film adhesive 12a. After being stacked on top, the film adhesive 12a is moved to the left in the figure by the air discharge device 16b switched in the same manner as above. By repeating the above operation, the film adhesive 1
The middle plate veneer 8 is stacked on the center core veneer 5 to which the center core veneer 2a is attached, and the back plate veneer 2 and center core are transferred from the second lifter 3 onto the first lifter 1. The veneer 5 and the first and second intermediate veneers 7 and 8 transferred from the third lifter 4 onto the first lifter 1 are supplied with air by air discharge devices 16a and 16b which are alternately switched. Film adhesive 12
A is attached while moving back and forth sequentially as shown by the solid line in Figure 2, and the back panel veneer 2, the center core veneer 5, the top panel veneer 6, and the first and second inner panels that make up the plywood S are attached. The veneers 7 and 8 are laminated and bonded to each other. Then, the top veneer 6 on which the back veneer 2 is laminated is transferred to the second middle veneer 8, and the plywood S is formed. In addition, as the lamination of the veneers 2, 5, 6, 7, and 8 progresses, the first lifter 1 is controlled to move downward, and the second lifter 3 and the fourth lifter 4 are controlled to move upward, First lifter 1, second lifter 3
Further, the upper end of the fourth lifter 4 is configured to be substantially on the same plane. The plywood S formed by the above operation is subjected to final pressing by a hot press device or a cold press device, and then subjected to finishing treatment.
Therefore, in the method of this embodiment, the air discharge devices 16a, 6
By switching b, the film adhesive 12a is reciprocated while the backing veneer 2, which constitutes the plywood S, is removed.
It is attached to the upper surface of the center core veneer 5 or the first and second middle plate veneers 7 and 8, and the back plate veneer 2 and the center core veneer 5 to which the film adhesive 12a is attached. Alternatively, the center core veneer 5, the top veneer 6, or the first and second veneers 7, 8 for the middle plate are sequentially laminated on the first and second veneers 7, 8 for the middle plate. It is possible to form plywood S continuously by adhering them to each other. Further, the adhesive 12 is formed into a film-like adhesive 12a by evaporation of water content by heating, and is formed into a film-like adhesive 12a,
Since it is supplied to the upper surface of the middle board veneers 7 and 8, the back board veneer 2, the center core veneer 5, the top board veneer 6, and the first and second middle board veneers 7 , 8, and can bond veneers together with stable adhesive force without being affected by the moisture content.

The back plate veneer 2, the center core veneer 5, or the first and second middle plate veneers 7, 8 are alternately switched and the film adhesive 12a is moved back and forth.
Although the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, for example, a film-like adhesive may be moved back and forth using a single air discharge device that moves back and forth along the surface of the veneer. It is also possible to carry out a method of supplying the film-like adhesive onto the upper surface of the veneer, or by guiding the film-like adhesive 12a in a hanging state from both sides with guide members treated with Teflon resin. The configuration may be such that the member is moved back and forth.
