In recent years, mulch cultivation has become popular for the purpose of saving energy and labor, but when mulching materials are used, the water supply from the top is cut off, so it is necessary to irrigate below the mulching materials. however,
Various irrigation tubes are currently being developed, such as JP-A-55-94085, JP-A-56-64729, JP-A-58-
63334, JP-A No. 58-63335, JP-A No. 55-94085, etc., when the irrigation tubes described in JP-A No. 58-63335, JP-A-55-94085, etc. are laid under the mulching material, the watering holes of the irrigation tube come into direct contact with the mulching material. Therefore, there is a problem that watering becomes extremely uneven at low water pressure. Additionally, if the water is exposed to high temperatures during intermittent watering, the mulching material may heat-fuse to the irrigation tube, or depending on the nature of the water used, the mulching material may adhere to the irrigation tube through scale. This poses a problem in that it may block the watering holes, causing not only uneven watering, but also the fact that watering may not be possible. To solve this problem, techniques are generally used to move the watering holes of the irrigation tube away from the mulching material, such as installing a small tunnel above the irrigation tube, or directing the watering hole toward the soil surface. However, it is necessary to provide a tunnel or fix the irrigation tube in a certain direction, which poses problems in workability.

Furthermore, when forming the irrigation tube, conventional technology uses extrusion of different diameters to form the tube, so when the irrigation tube is rolled up, both ends of the tube swell up, making it difficult to wind up.
There is also the problem that creases occur at the same location, making them more likely to tear.

Under these circumstances, the inventor of the present invention conducted extensive studies on irrigation tubes, and as a result, developed a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet with ribs that protrude in the longitudinal direction, and a large number of small holes arranged near the ribs. We discovered that all of the various problems mentioned above could be solved by using agricultural irrigation tubes.
This led to this idea.

以下、本考案につき詳細に説明する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below.

The material of the irrigation tube of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet, and examples thereof include sheets of polyethylene, polypropylene, and the like. The size is not particularly limited, and can be arbitrarily selected depending on the mulching material used, but it is usually formed into any shape by, for example, T-die extrusion or by using a grooved take-up roll. Form a ribbed sheet. The width of the sheet is usually about 400 to 600 mm, and the sheet is slit to any desired width, with the rib side facing up, and both ends are heat-sealed in the longitudinal direction. Form a flattened tube. Although the number of ribs protruding in the longitudinal direction of the present invention may be arbitrary, the interval between the ribs is usually about 5 to 20 mm, and the size of the rib protrusions varies depending on the diameter of the tube.
The purpose can be sufficiently achieved by setting the thickness to about 0.2 to 2 mm. The position of the microscopic holes as watering holes can be usually any position within at least 5 mm near the ribs, the diameter is usually about 0.1 to 0.6 mm, and the number of holes is about 10 to 50 per 1 m2. It is sufficient to achieve the purpose of irrigation.

Example By heat-sealing both ends of two protruding ribbed sheets made of polyethylene in the longitudinal direction, a cross-sectional view as shown in FIG. A irrigation tube as shown in plan view in FIG. 2 was obtained in which minute holes were arranged as watering holes along the longitudinal direction of the irrigation tube. The sheet is obtained by T-die extrusion using a grooved take-up roll,
When the tube diameter is about 30 mm, the interval between the protruding ribs is 5 to 20 mm, and the size of the protrusions is 0.2 to 20 mm.
It is 2mm.

This invention uses irrigation tubes to
Needless to say, for general irrigation, but especially for irrigation under mulching materials, the effect of the ribs on the surface of the irrigation tube prevents the mulching material from adhering to the entire surface of the irrigation tube hole, even without new equipment such as tunnels. It is possible to prevent the mulching material from adhering to the irrigation tube, and it is possible to spray water uniformly even at low water pressure. Furthermore, the provision of the protruding ribs has the effect of improving the water pressure resistance of the water spray tube. Furthermore, the storability is significantly improved compared to a tube obtained by extrusion of different diameters, and there is no need to worry about the tube breaking due to bending during flattening.
