Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ロースター本体の排気部と排気ダクトを略
Ｌ字状に連繋する連結箱を設け、該連結箱内に連
結箱の底部に着座する様に円筒状のドレンパンを
着脱自在に装着し、該ドレンパンの側面には開口
部を開口すると共に、下方部には吸着孔を穿設し
、更にドレンパンの底部に吸着材を収納したこと
を特徴とするロースターにおける油脂回収装置。 (2) 開口部は排気ダクトの反対側を中心にして
漸次面積大なる様にドレンパンに開口したことを
特徴とする請求項１記載のロースターにおける油
脂回収装置。
