Claims (1)
- 入射赤外線の強度に比例した電気信号を発生す
る光検出器部と、パツケージ上部とパツケージ接
合部とパツケージ下部よりなるパツケージと、高
温の周囲部材から入射す赤外線を遮蔽する作用を
持つコールドシールドと、インナウオールとアウ
タウオール赤外線透過窓とデユワ結合部よりなる
デユワと、クーラ低温部とからなる赤外線検出器
において、パツケージ下部に開口部をもうけたこ
の部分に先端部が突出したインナウオールを挿入
すると共に、インナウオールの先端と光検出器部
の間に充填材を充填し熱的な接触を取つたことを
特徴とする赤外線検出器。
