Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 熱線の透過窓を設けた容器内部に前記透過
    窓を透過する熱線の受熱部を設け、該受熱部の温
    度変化を検出するための温接点と冷接点とからな
    る熱電対を前記受熱部に近設してなる高感度温度
    検出器であつて、 前記冷接点にヒートシンクと熱的に接続した熱
    伝導部材を前記透過窓並びに前記容器内壁の間に
    おいて圧接状態で架け渡したことを特徴とする高
    感度温度検出器。 (2) 前記熱伝導部材は前記透過窓と前記容器内
    壁間において弾性保持される環状体の第1熱伝導
    部材と、該第1熱伝導部材と前記ヒートシンク間
    において弾性保持される環状体の第2熱伝導部材
    とから成ることを特徴とする請求項第1項に記載
    の高感度温度検出器。
