- 外周面同士を強く接触し合つて回転する２個の
オール間にテグス縄を挟んで搬送する搬送ロール

ブレーキをかけて回転を停止する制動機構を設け
、右搬送ロール対はモータ等で回転駆動し、所定

構及び逆回転防止機構を設け、さらに同左右搬送
ロール対の間に開閉自在なデスク縄把持具を設け
