It is no longer affected by variations in plate thickness and shape, and as a result, both the above-mentioned glass cracks caused by the mold and resin leakage due to gaps between the mold and the glass surface are eliminated. This will be prevented.

The resin part is divided into two parts, an upper part and a lower part, and these parts are glued and integrated into the glass, so that they are not affected by variations in the thickness or shape of the glass. This eliminates both the glass cracking caused by the mold and the occurrence of resin leakage due to gaps between the mold and the glass surface, which improves the design and reduces the defective rate. This also results in a reduction in costs.
