【考案の詳細な説明】 (1) 産業上の利用分野 本考案は鋼板と鋼板、鋼板と他の物を取付ける
のに用いる釘に関するものである。

打込み締結する方法がある。例えば、鋼板用の釘
として胴部外周にスクリユー加工を施したものや
ローレツト加工を施した釘が提供されているが、
いずれも釘を打込んだ際押し広げられた鋼板が元
の状態に戻ろうとする復帰力に頼るしかなく、震
動や衝撃により釘の外周と鋼板との接着面に僅か
な隙間が発生しただけで締結力の低下が起こると
いう問題があつた。

逆に第3図に示すように頭部3側から先端4側に
向かつて徐々に大径となる谷部dと、これに反し
て頭部3側から先端4側に向かつて徐々に小径と
なる山部eを設ける事により問題を解決しようと
する釘である。

該山部bは先端2側に該山部bが徐々に大径にな
つているため、抜け止め効果を発揮する、又、打
込み方向に外力が加わつた場合には、該谷部aは
頭部1に向かつて大径になっているため進入を阻
止される。山部と谷部の関係が逆になつた第2の
実施例においては該谷部dは先端4側に向けて
徐々に大径になつているため、抜け止め効果を発
揮する。又、打込み方向に外力が加わつた場合に
は該山部eは頭部3に向かつて大径になつている
ため進入を阻止される。

有する弾性力を越える範囲の引抜き外力が釘に加
わつても該山部bは胴部先端5方向に該山部bが
徐々に大径になつているため、抜け止め効果を発
揮する。又、打込み方向に外力が加わつた場合
は、該谷部aは頭部1方向に向かつて大径になつ
ているため進入を阻止される。同様に、山部、谷
部が上記構成とは逆に、第2図に示すように、頭
部3側に山部eが徐々に大径となり、胴部先端4
方向に谷部が徐々に大径となつても抜け止め効果
及び打込み方向への進入を阻止する効果が得られ
る。
