Claims (1)
搬送ロールと、搬送中の縦割片を挟んで配置され
た支持台及びロールカツタとを備え:前記搬送ロ
ールのうち、一方のロールは縦割片の皮付面を支
承するU形溝を有し、他方のロールは縦割片の割
面を支承するV形溝を有し:前記支持台は、縦割
片の皮付面を支承するU形溝を搬送方向に延設す
ると共に、該U形溝の中途部において縦割片の皮
付面より隙間を有して離れる凹部を形成し;前記
ロールカツタは、前記凹部に対向して配置され、
縦割片の両側縁を切削する両縁刃と、両縁刃の間
で縦割片の割面を平坦面に切削する中間刃と、中
間刃の中間で縦割片を幅方向に二分するよう切断
する切断刃とを備えて成る;ことを特徴とする爪
楊枝素材等の木細片の製造装置。 2 皮付樹木の縦割片を挟持して搬送する一対の
搬送ロールと、搬送中の縦割片を挟んで配置され
た支持台及びロールカツタと、面取ロールとを備

と、両縁刃の間で縦割片の割面を平坦面に切削す
る中間刃と、中間刃の中間で縦割片を幅方向に二
分するよう切断する切断刃とを備え;前記面取ロ
ールは、前記ロールカツタにより縦割片を二分し
て得られた細片の皮部両側縁を面取状に切削する
