This relates to shoe lining materials). 2. Description of the Related Art In modern life, most of the daytime activities are spent wearing shoes. The inside of shoes is exposed to high temperature and high humidity conditions due to body heat and perspiration, which tends to produce a distinctive unpleasant odor when shoes are worn all day. According to pages 45-50 of "Bluebacks B-856, Science of Shoes, Published by Kodansha Co., Ltd., Publication Date: February 20, 1991," the most unclean parts of the human body are between the toes and the forefoot. , the hind legs, and these areas are compared with the abdomen,
It is said to be 700 to 1000 times more dirty than the waist, shoulders, and arms. [0003] Therefore, in order to prevent unpleasant odors when wearing shoes, various methods have been proposed in which shoes are subjected to antibacterial treatment using metal ions such as silver ions. [0004] For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 181370/1983 discloses that a resin or fiber material containing zeolite solid particles holding metal ions such as silver, copper or zinc is used for the upper and lining of shoes. It is shown. [0005] Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 1-74803 discloses a footwear in which an antibacterial layer containing an antibacterial zeolite ion-exchanged with silver, copper or zinc is provided on the surface of the footwear (according to the drawings, the surface material and lining material of the slipper). It is shown. Similarly, the U.K. Hei 1-7
Publication No. 4805 discloses that this antibacterial layer is provided on the surface of a material for preventing deformation of shoes or the like. [0006] Although there is no disclosure regarding the application to shoes, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-153748 discloses that water-soluble glass powder, granules, or lumps containing silver ions are mixed into a superabsorbent resin carrier. The paper shows an antibacterial, deodorizing, and highly water-absorbent resin supported on the material, which the company claims can be applied to disposable diapers and sanitary napkins. On the other hand, in order to hide unpleasant odors when shoes are worn, various proposals have been made for shoes to carry fragrances, most of which involve carrying fragrances in the insoles. [0008] Although there is no mention of application to shoes, JP-A-1-272875 discloses an aromatic nonwoven fabric in which microcapsules containing a fragrance are attached to an elastic fiber nonwoven fabric using a silicone resin binder. It is stated that it can be used for interlining, uniforms, slacks, lingerie, sportswear, shorts, casual webs, bandages, diapers, etc. [0009] The present applicant has unique technology for non-woven fabrics with excellent abrasion resistance, breathability, sweat absorption and drying properties, and has been developing this non-woven fabric for shoes. Efforts are being made to apply it as a lining material. If excellent antibacterial properties can be imparted to this nonwoven fabric, it will be even more suitable as a shoe lining material. However, among the conventional methods mentioned above, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 181370/1982 and Japanese Utility Model Application No. 1-748
When silver ion-exchanged zeolites and the like disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 03 and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 1-74805 were applied to shoe lining materials, the expected antibacterial effect was not always obtained. The reason for this is thought to be that silver ions do not elute from the silver ion-exchanged zeolite to the extent expected under actual shoe wearing conditions. In this regard, the water-soluble glass containing silver ions used in JP-A-1-153748 (in this publication, the water-soluble glass containing silver ions is mixed and supported in a superabsorbent resin carrier). However, putting that aside), since the environment inside shoes when actually worn is high temperature and high humidity, it can be expected that silver ions will be eluted quickly. From this point of view, the present inventors attempted to make shoe lining materials carry water-soluble glass containing silver ions, but although this method was able to suppress the generation of odor, it was not effective for shoe wearers. The effect could not be felt, and a refreshing feeling could not necessarily be obtained. Another problem is that when shoes are continued to be worn, it is not possible to determine the point at which the antibacterial effect decreases. [0012] On the other hand, in order to hide unpleasant odors when wearing shoes, the method of applying fragrance to the insole or lining material of shoes certainly gives a refreshing feeling when first used and is fashionable. However, since this method simply numbs the sense of smell and masks unpleasant odors, it cannot be expected to have much of a deodorizing effect, and furthermore, it is extremely short-lasting. Improvement in sustainability can be achieved by supporting shoe lining materials with micro-encapsulated fragrances; however, the longer the shoes are worn, the more unpleasant the smell may be combined with the unpleasant odor inside the shoes, making the odor stronger. [0013] In view of these circumstances, the present invention provides a product that provides a refreshing feeling, exhibits an excellent antibacterial effect in the environment inside the shoe when the shoe is actually worn, and makes it possible to know how long the antibacterial effect lasts. Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide a shoe lining material that can maintain the pure scent of perfume. [0014] Means for Solving the Problems The shoe lining material of the present invention comprises a non-woven fabric with excellent abrasion resistance, breathability, sweat absorption and drying properties, a gelled product of water-soluble glass containing silver ions and a microorganism. It carries an encapsulated fragrance. The present invention will be explained in detail below. [0016] In the present invention, a nonwoven fabric having excellent abrasion resistance, breathability, sweat absorption, and drying properties is used as the material for the shoe lining material. [0017] Typical nonwoven fabrics are those made by intertwining composite fibers consisting of a low melting point component and a high melting point component or by entangling a mixture of fibers made of a low melting point component and fibers made of a high melting point component. When manufactured, countless recesses are formed by fine embossing using a hot press, and the low melting point components are firmly heat-fused to each other at the intersections of the entangled fibers in the recesses. In addition, a nonwoven fabric produced by spunbonding can also be used. In the present invention, the above-mentioned nonwoven fabric supports a gelled product of water-soluble glass containing silver ions and a microencapsulated fragrance. As the water-soluble glass containing silver ions, glass obtained from a concentrated aqueous solution of alkali silicate glass containing silver ions is preferably used. The composition of this alkali silicate glass is an oxide composition, with SiO2, B
2O3, P2O5, etc. are used as network forming components, and N
A2 O, K2 O, etc. are used as alkaline components. In addition, CaO, MgO, BaO, ZnO, Al2 O3
, TiO2, etc. may be contained. If a silver ion-containing compound is added at an appropriate stage of the production process of this alkali silicate glass aqueous solution, a silver ion-containing water-soluble glass can be obtained. The amount of silver ions added is preferably about 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of the oxide composition in terms of Ag2O, but is not necessarily limited to this range. When the silver ion-containing alkali silicate glass aqueous solution is applied to a nonwoven fabric by means such as coating, dipping, spraying, printing, etc., it absorbs carbon dioxide gas in the air and gels. To promote gelation, adding acidic substances, glyoxal, metal salts, etc. to the aqueous solution just before it is attached to the nonwoven fabric, or by bringing these substances into contact with the nonwoven fabric to which the above aqueous solution has been attached, will result in gelation in a short time. It can be achieved. In addition, the texture, breathability, sweat absorption,
The adhesion amount and adhesion area of silver ion-containing water-soluble glass should be set so as not to impair properties such as drying properties. Alternatively, the silver ion-containing alkali silicate-based glass aqueous solution may be first gelled and then pulverized to form particles, or a network-forming component such as silicic acid, an alkaline component such as soda ash, and a silver compound may be mixed. It is also preferable to mix the mixture, heat and melt it at high temperature to form a glass, cool it down, crush it into granules, and then attach the resulting particles to a nonwoven fabric using a urethane-based or other binder. [0022] Silver ions can also be introduced by ion-exchanging the gelled alkali silicate glass. [0023] As the microencapsulated fragrance, microcapsules in which the fragrance is encapsulated in organic or inorganic capsules can be used. Additionally, a fragrance can be internally added to the silver ion-containing alkali silicate glass aqueous solution and applied to the nonwoven fabric, or the fragrance can be adsorbed to the gelled product of the silver ion-containing water-soluble glass before or after it is attached to the nonwoven fabric. The fragrance may also be microencapsulated in this way. Here, as the fragrance, plant fragrances, synthetic fragrances, etc. are used, and it is also preferable to use them together with a deodorant. The treated nonwoven fabric thus obtained can be used alone or in the form of a layered layer with a moisture-permeable waterproof membrane or a cushioning material. This single-layer or multi-layer shoe lining material is cut into a predetermined shape, formed into a three-dimensional shape by sewing, gluing, etc., and used for manufacturing shoes. [Operation] The shoe lining material of the present invention has a nonwoven fabric having specific properties as a base material, and a gelled product of water-soluble glass containing silver ions and a microencapsulated fragrance are supported on this. . [0026] Since a non-woven fabric with excellent abrasion resistance, breathability, sweat absorption and drying properties is used as the base material, there is less stuffiness inside the shoe even when sweating occurs compared to normal lining materials, and it is absorbed by the non-woven fabric. Sweat is quickly diffused and dissipated. When wearing shoes, the inside of the shoe becomes hot and humid due to body temperature and sweating from the feet, creating an environment where microorganisms can easily breed. Silver ions are easily eluted from the compound, and the eluted silver ions effectively suppress the growth of microorganisms. When there is less perspiration from the feet, less silver ions are eluted, so wasteful consumption of silver ions can be suppressed. In addition, since the above-mentioned non-woven fabric carries a micro-encapsulated fragrance, the fragrance gradually emits a fragrance due to the pressure of walking or the moisture inside the shoes.
Masks unpleasant odors that could not be completely suppressed with silver ions. Moreover, when a fragrance emits a fragrance, silver ions are present as mentioned above, so the fragrance is purified by the trace amount of active oxygen emitted from the silver ions, and the fragrance is not mixed with the unpleasant odor inside the shoes and is naturally present. Gives off a pure scent. Conversely, this means that when the effect of the gelled product of silver ion-containing water-soluble glass decreases, the fragrance of the fragrance changes and becomes a modified odor different from the original fragrance. The user can use the denatured odor as an indicator to know that the effectiveness of the silver ions has been lost. Therefore, users should take appropriate measures such as replacing the shoes, wearing the shoes only for a short period of time so that no odor is generated, or applying deodorizing treatment to the lining material again. can be taken. [Example] Next, the present invention will be further explained with reference to Examples. Hereinafter, "parts" refer to parts by weight. Example 1 A nonwoven fabric with a basis weight of 120 g/m2 made of a composite fiber whose core component is nylon 6,6 with a melting point of 240°C and whose sheath component is nylon 6 with a melting point of 180°C. As a result, fine embossing of 16 pieces/cm2 is applied over the entire surface of the nonwoven fabric at opposing positions on both sides of the nonwoven fabric, resulting in a countless number of microembossments having a structure in which low melting point components are firmly heat-fused to each other at the intersection points of the entangled fibers at these positions. A nonwoven fabric with micropores was used. The characteristic values of this nonwoven fabric are as follows. Tensile strength Longitudinal 2.3 kg/cm2, Width 2.8 kg/cm2 Breaking elongation Longitudinal 5
1%, horizontal 34% tear strength vertical 1.0
kgf, horizontal 0.8 kgf sewing point strength vertical
2.5kg/cm, horizontal 3.5kg/cm Water vapor permeability 5.43mg/cm2・hr Air permeability
58.3cc/cm2/sec (0.98m
b) Abrasion resistance 50,000 cycles or more (Martindale) Sweat absorption 2 times less than its own weight in 0.5 seconds
80% drying time 4 hours (25°C indoors) By the way, cotton canvas, which is said to have excellent sweat absorption, absorbs 99% of its own weight in 1 second.
The sweat absorbency of leather varies depending on the type of leather, but for example, it is 150% in 2 minutes or 137% in 11 minutes. After adding 1 part of a water-soluble silver salt and 1 part of a microencapsulated vegetable fragrance (manufactured by Shiseido Co., Ltd.) to 100 parts of water glass, the mixture was attached to the above-mentioned nonwoven fabric in the form of halftone dots by a printing method. When this was left in an atmosphere rich in carbon dioxide gas, the water glass turned into a gel. There was almost no change in the texture of the obtained nonwoven fabric. [0036] This nonwoven fabric carrying silver ions and microencapsulated fragrance was cut into two pieces,
It was then sewn into three-dimensional shapes and used as lining material. Women's shoes were manufactured using this lining material and put into actual use. Comparative Examples 1 to 3 For comparison, when only the above nonwoven fabric was used (Comparative Example 1
), Example 1 was repeated except that water glass containing silver ions was attached to the above nonwoven fabric (Comparative Example 2), and the above microencapsulated fragrance was supported on the nonwoven fabric using a urethane binder solution. For each of Comparative Example 3, lining materials were produced in the same manner and used for actual use. <Performance evaluation> Example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3
Each of the shoes produced was actually worn for one week, and two weeks later, the degree of refreshing feeling and the degree of unpleasant odor inside the shoes were evaluated by sensory judgment. The evaluation is C for Comparative Example 1, B for a slightly more preferable case, and
A case where the condition is significantly more preferable is rated A, and a case where the condition is slightly worse is rated D. In addition, the abrasion resistance, air permeability, sweat absorption and drying properties were excellent in all cases, and no significant difference was observed. The results are shown in Table 1. Table 1 (Evaluation after 2 weeks)

Unpleasant odor inside shoes A
C A~B
C to D [0040] In Comparative Example 3,
A pleasant fragrance is emitted for 1 to 2 days after the start of use, but after that, the odor tends to become stronger as it combines with the unique unpleasant odor inside the shoes. Therefore, it is not necessarily a good idea to have the lining material carry the fragrance, and there is a possibility that it may have an adverse effect, especially for people who have strong foot odor when wearing shoes. Although the effect of silver ions is recognized in Comparative Example 2, there is still room for improvement in terms of actual results. On the other hand, in Example 1, in which both silver ions and fragrance were supported, a clear antibacterial effect was observed, and the fragrance maintained its initial favorable odor not only at the beginning of use but also after one week. emits. This is thought to be because a small amount of active oxygen generated from silver ions contributes to maintaining the pure fragrance of the fragrance. Example 2 After adding 1 part of water-soluble silver salt to 100 parts of water glass, the mixture was gelled using an acidic catalyst. This was ground into fine particles. After dispersing the thus obtained fine particles and microencapsulated plant fragrance (manufactured by Shiseido Co., Ltd.) in a urethane binder solution, the nonwoven fabric used in Example 1 was coated, dried and I did a cure. [0044] This nonwoven fabric carrying silver ions and microencapsulated fragrance was cut into two pieces,
It was then sewn into three-dimensional shapes and used as lining material. Shoes were manufactured using this lining material in the same manner as in Example 1 and were put into actual use, and the same favorable results as in Example 1 were obtained. Effects of the Invention The shoe lining material of the present invention is made of a nonwoven fabric with excellent abrasion resistance, breathability, sweat absorption, and drying properties, which is microencapsulated with a gelatinized water-soluble glass containing silver ions. Because it carries fragrance, not only does it prevent your feet from getting stuffy, but it also has excellent antibacterial effects by eluting more silver ions depending on the environment inside the shoe when the shoe is actually worn, and the worse the environment inside the shoe becomes. do. In addition, the fragrance maintains its initial desirable aroma over a long period of time due to the small amount of active oxygen generated from silver ions. Therefore, by wearing shoes using the lining material of the present invention, an excellent refreshing feeling can always be obtained even after long-term wear. In addition, when the silver ions are completely consumed, the scent of the fragrance changes, indicating that the antibacterial effect is gone.
