４図は従来例を示す断面図である。 図中、６は分級エアー、１０は原料粉、１６は
分級羽根、１７は精粉搬出ダクト、１８は上部ケ
ーシング、１９は小径部、２０は分級エアー導入
口、２１は粗粉切出しノズル、２２は下部ケーシ
ング、２７は絞り流路、２８は原料受台、２９は
ノズル部、３０は分離滞留空間、３２は原料供給
機を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部上方位置に回転可能な分級羽根を備え且つ
    該分級羽根の上側に精粉搬出ダクトを接続した上
    向きに流路断面積が増加する形状の上部ケーシン
    グを設け、該上部ケーシング下方の小径部下端に
    、分級エアーを接線方向から導入し得る分級エア
    ー導入口を有し且つ下端部に粗粉切出しノズルを
    有した上向きに流路断面積が増加する形状の下部
    ケーシングを接続してなるエアセパレータであつ
    て、前記上部ケーシング下方の小径部の軸心位置
    に、上向きに幅狭となる環状絞り流路を周囲に形
    成する逆円錐状の原料受台を設けてノズル部を構
    成し、且つ該ノズル部と前記分級羽根との間に原
    料粉の分散及び自然分離を安定して行わせるに十
    分な上下方向の長さ寸法を有する分離滞留空間を
    形成し、更に前記原料受台直上に原料粉を投入す
    るようにした原料供給機を前記上部ケーシングに
    挿入設置したことを特徴とするエアセパレータ。
