測定装置の構成を示すブロツク図、第２図は本実
施例の検出部および信号処理部の構成を示すブロ
ツク図、第３図は本実施例の動作を説明するため
の被測定物および光吸収体の側面図、第４図は本
実施例の動作を説明するためのＤａｒｋ出力グラ
フ、第５図は従来の光学式変位測定器の構成を示
すブロツク図、第６図は第５図に示す光学式変位
測定器を用いて構成した従来の光学式幅測定装置
の構成を示すブロツク図、第７図は従来の幅測定
装置の動作を説明するための変位出力グラフ、第
８図は従来装置の課題を説明するための被測定体
の側面図である。 図において、１……被測定物、２……検出物、
３Ａ……信号処理部、５……光源、６……光位置
検出素子、１３……Ｄａｒｋ状態検出回路、１４
……検出部走査装置、１５Ａ……幅演算器、１６
……光吸収体。なお、図中、同一の符号は同一、
又は相当部分を示している。
測定装置の構成を示すブロツク図、第２図は本実

……検出部走査装置、１５Ａ……幅演算器、１６
……光吸収体。なお、図中、同一の符号は同一、
又は相当部分を示している。
Claims (1)
- 被測定物へ光ビームを照射する光源と、前記光
ビームの前記被測定物からの散乱光の有無を検知
する光検出素子と、前記の光源および光位置検出
素子を含む検出部を前記被測定物に対して測定幅
方向に沿い相対的に走査させるための走査機構と
、前記被測定物の光ビーム照射面裏側に密着され
且つ前記被測定物の幅よりも十分に広く配置され
た光吸収体と、前記光検出素子からの信号および
前記走査機構による前記検出部の移動量に基づい
て前記被測定物の幅を演算する幅演算部とがそな
えられたことを特徴とする光学式幅測定装置。
