Hereinafter, one embodiment of this invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. Figs. 1 to 3 are respectively a plan view of a straight pipe 1;
These are a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A' and a right side view, and as is clear from the figures, the straight pipe 1 is approximately tunnel-shaped.
As shown in the figure, the outer periphery of one end of the straight pipe 1 rises so that the cross section becomes a semicircular arc shape, and the surface thereof is curved outward in a convex manner. This constitutes a protruding joint portion 1a. The outer periphery of the other end also rises to have a substantially c-shaped cross section as shown in the figure, creating a housing 1b having a substantially c-shaped cross section on the inside.

The shape of this housing 1b is the same as the above-mentioned joint part 1a, and is slightly larger, so that the joint part 1a can be accommodated therein. Note that 1a' is a hole on the side of the joint 1a, and 1b' is an insertion port on the side of the housing 1b, and the diameter of the insertion port 1b' is smaller than the maximum diameter of the joint 1a. 1c is a substantially tunnel-shaped pipe section, and holes 2 for stainless steel bands are provided at appropriate locations.

4 to 7 are a plan view, a sectional view taken along the line A-A', a right side view, and an end view taken along the line B-B' of the flexible tube component 4, and as is clear from these figures, the flexible tube component 4 is The tube component 4 has a generally half-tube shape. The outer periphery of one end of the flexible tube component 4 is raised to have a semicircular arc shape in cross section as shown in the figure, and the surface thereof is curved convexly outward to form a protruding joint portion 4a. Note that this joint portion 4a is the same as the housing 1b described above.
The joint part 4a and the housing 1b are concentric circles when viewed from the side.
On the other hand, the other end is also molded so that its outer periphery has a substantially c-shaped cross section as shown in the figure, thereby creating a housing 4b inside. The shape and size of this housing 4b are such that the aforementioned joint portion 4a is just accommodated therein. Further, reference numeral 4c is a half-tube section, and square holes 5 and 6 for tightening are bored at appropriate locations in the tube section 4c, and parallel holes 5 and 6 of the same size and shape are provided on the bottom surface of the tube section 4c. The protrusions 7 and 8, each having a width half the width of the bottom, are provided along the inside of the bottom for the protrusion 7 and along the outside of the bottom for the protrusion 8.

As shown in FIG. 8, two flexible tube constituent members 4 are prepared, their protrusions 7 and 8 are brought into close contact with and joined to each other, and each is bored. Pass the stainless steel band 9 through the holes 5 and 6,
It extends around the outer periphery and forms one flexible tube. Note that 10 is a suitable tightening device.

Thereafter, straight pipes 1 are added to an appropriate length by fitting the joint portions 1a into the housings 1b of other straight pipes 1. After this, we will move on to the configuration of the flexible tube and additions. In this case, cable 1
1 is sandwiched between the respective tube portions 4b of the two flexible tube constituent members 4 to construct a flexible tube as shown in FIG.
Add pieces one after another, sandwiching the letter a. After that, the cable 11 which was installed by delivering the joint part 4a of the flexible pipe to the housing 1b of the straight pipe 1

As described above, in the riser cable protection tube according to this invention, in terms of the configuration of the connection part between the flexible tubes, the joint part with a semicircular arc cross section and an outwardly curved surface is located inside the housing. Since the connecting portion is held within a certain range and the material thereof has appropriate elasticity, the connecting portion can freely pivot within a certain range. In addition, it is obvious that the connection part with such a structure does not shift as compared to the connection part based on the butt structure of conventional protection tubes.

As a result, by combining straight pipes and flexible pipes, cables can be raised up on utility poles efficiently and without waste while being protected. That is,
As shown in Figure 10 of the attached drawing, where there is no need to detour, only straight pipes are added to cover the cables for protection, and various equipment such as transformers are detoured by approaching above the utility poles. If necessary, you can switch to flexible pipes and add more.

In addition, since the straight pipe itself is approximately tunnel-shaped, it can be fixed with its longitudinal end face in close contact with a utility pole. By locking the band into a hole drilled in the tube and wrapping it around the outside of the utility pole, a strong fixation can be achieved.

Furthermore, since the flexible tube is made up of two half-split flexible tube components to form one tube body, the cable will not be exposed even if it is floated inside and attached to a telephone pole as in the past. In addition, in this case, since the appropriate band body is inserted into the hole drilled in each flexible tube component and passed around the outer periphery to form the tube body, each flexible tube component does not shift and the flexible tube is firmly secured.
